Relax! You are looking at this process as stressful. If you want to further this process and accelerate it, you must go into surrender. Be open and stop worrying. We know this is a contradiction to what you are taught. But notice when you are open and available, things flow better. When you are forced, stressed and really concentrating, you go into frustration.

The key to all of this process is to be open and don t work so hard at making it happen. Let the energy flow through you. Create a dance with the energy, where you are in resonance with it. The part of you that tries hard comes from your ego. You are trying to create work, when in truth, the work is still being formulated. You know when you need to take an action and it can be done quickly. There are pieces coming together. Find time to practice being. Just be open and see what comes through. The energies who belong with you will find you.

For those who do light work as a living, we know that you feel you need to do something to create clients. Trust the clients to find you. They will. As you awaken, the work will find you. As you become what you are in truth, all falls into place. You are just finding the transition from one paradigm to another stressful. You are being challenged to change the way you think and operate. It is time to relearn what you have been taught and align it with the truth.

Mankind prides itself for survival instincts but you are not showing any sense of long term awareness. Taking care of only the moment doesn t help much of the planet. Work together and help with the balance and the areas that need help to create balance. Stop trying to make areas what they are not. Deserts are there for a reason. Rain forests serve a purpose. Some will try to stay and hold onto the old. Others will go through the transitions.

For those who stay in your realm, be gentle with yourself during the grieving process. Allow yourself time to reflect on relationships gone. Today we would like to speak about authenticity and integrity. It is vital that you decide who you want to be. The choice is up to you. From your choices, you must create the life that is in alignment with your true values. It is your own inner compass of morality and right and wrong. The choices are not always easy. You are only deciding this for yourself. You are not using this as a base for trying to change, control or manipulate another. The one responsible for your life and decisions is you. You cannot blame others for your behaviors, thoughts and beliefs. You must own your own life and decisions. That is part of creating an authentic life and coming from a place of your own power.

When we lived, we held mankind to a strict code of ethics that we believed was from God. We spent much of our lives judging others and predicting prophecies of doom and punishment as a way of trying to control those who came to us for guidance. We would jump to conclusions and often find that those in our own lives were making worse decisions than those we judged.

From this vantage point, we see how much love exists and that there are other paths that still lead to God and to a Divine place. However, this doesn t come from suffering or pain. The path comes from a place of love. We are not asking you to be ruled by doctrine and dogma. We are asking you to be ruled by your souls and what is within you.

When you create a life of authenticity and integrity, you are creating a life that is in alignment with your soul and what is within you. You are then able to share your true gifts with the world. That is the true path. Find the ways to shine your energy out in the world. Share the love within you. Learn to release judgment of others. There is no need to direct anyone, unless they ask for your help and then help them decide what is right for them. Your life is for you and your path is for you. Others must find the course right for themselves and utilize the help that exists along the way.

There are some people who only focus on ways to get others to do things for them. They sit around and wait for others to get them things or do their bidding. To understand this behavior, you may look at their past lives to see if they were slave owners or from some system where others waited on them. Also, tune into something they may be responding to. It only helps you understand them but is not an excuse for their behaviors. In the present life, it isn t very useful. It only drains others and impacts people so that they stay away from the person who is doing as little as possible. It doesn t really serve them. The person who is trying to be a idle as possible doesn t care. They just want what they want.

There are other cases where people are in situations where they can t do anything for themselves due to an accident or some experience that prevents them from having control over their bodies and taking care of themselves. This is a different energy. It may show up to help someone know that things work out and they are cared for when they can no longer care for themselves. You will notice that in these cases people want to do for themselves and they do what they can to help others. Even if it is only a slight ability. Most of these people like to be in control of themselves and have a difficult time not being in control. They don t want to be dependant on others. The energy feels very different. The path is very different. People will be drawn to help those who are incapacitated but wish to participate. There is a sense of love and gratitude that emanates from the incapacitated person. Again feel the energy of what is going on. Notice how each situation makes you feel. Place your energy in what makes you feel good to participate in.

Seek areas of your life where you are valued and there is a sense of gratitude. Feel how your energy shines in these situations. We ask you to minimize the draining energy and go for the experiences that make your energy shine. As a light worker, you are in the world to empower those you work with and not to drain power. Avoid the people who drain your power and instead look for people who want to learn to shine in their own light. It helps create a much better planet.

You don t need to worry about the people who drain, they will find others who they can leach off of. Learn where to place your talents and energy.

When you use symbols to help you create, seek symbols that are authentic reminders to help you connect with your authentic desire. Look at what you wish to create and then look at what represents that for you. You may garner ideas from others but find what is right for you. Many societies have created symbols to mean certain aspects for them. The symbols work when they are resonant with you and your desire but not when they are meaningful for someone else or another culture but not you. First be clear about what you want to create. Then, look at what represents that creation for you. From that point, you will find the energy right for you.

By being clear, you release the need to carry a lot of extraneous stuff. You can remove the clutter. You narrow your focus to what is meaningful to you, there is then a resonance with you and your beliefs. You will find things work out better and faster and you will be clearer in the process. Clarity helps create. Don t worry if you don t know what to focus on. You will know when the time is right.

Many of you seek love but you don t love yourselves. You expect others to fulfill you and make you whole. I am one of the many beings who specializes in bringing love into the lives of life forms. The truly satisfying relationships are when people are whole and complete and they meet other whole and complete beings. It is not a matter of pleading to make the relationship happen or to keep someone in your life, even if it is very dysfunctional. The true love is when you allow others to come and go as is right for them and you. There is trust that, if it is right, they come back. You have no need to withhold because you know that each of you give your full selves to your life together.

When two beings are whole, there is no need to pine away because someone goes off to do what they need to do. There is only love and support. That goes for those who are ready to cross over. There is no need to hold anyone back. You can celebrate the time you have together and be happy for each other doing what is best for you and the other being.

When you are ready to create such a relationship, you may call on the forces of love to bring you together. You might be shown work you need to do on yourself first or you may be counseled to have patience. You may be directed to go somewhere, at a specific day and time. There are many permutations for this process. When you are needy, you can only attract what will resonate with you. I would rather help create healthy, loving relationships. Healthy relationships will speed up your evolution. That is true love! Always seek the path of love and authenticity. Release the need to control and manipulate others. You will find much more enjoyment. What is yours will truly be yours. Trust what is true.

Healing starts within. Look at your wounds and what they represent. Then, go deeper and see what they mean to say. Send love to whatever is considered your area or label needing healing. Spend time with the energy without judgment. Know there is wisdom there. Open to the wisdom and learn from the experience. The message may be as simple as slow down and get some rest or stay away from a certain activity or place or people. Once you obtain the information, the energy may shift.

You may also call upon any healing energies around you to help you with the healing process. You will have whatever you need until you learn from it, so it is better to learn from it up front. It will shift much faster. Not all experiences are for you. Some experiences are so you may help another. Often people become attached to something and hold onto it. It festers and they wonder why. They continue to focus on it and it gets bigger. When it is suggested that you focus on it, you are not focusing on the illness but what it might represent. That is to give you knowledge and not obsession on the perceived problem. Remember that you bodies are designed to heal themselves. Sometimes they need assistance but others times they work diligently to be of service to the spirit from within.

Boundaries are important for each of you to learn. It is a way of setting up respect for those you engage with. Once you have learned and proven respect for each other, you may loosen the boundaries.

We know that in other realms there is a blending of energy. So, there is no real understanding of boundaries. In your realm you are taught to disregard any sense of violation from people invading you. In your physical sense, this can be harmful to you. First learn to trust what feels right to you and what feels off. Many will need to relearn this. Then, you can establish the boundaries that feel right to you. From this place, you can decide when to drop a boundary or when to instill a boundary or even adjust the boundary.

Also, pay attention to when you violate the boundaries of others and when you allow others to violate your boundaries. How does this feel in either case? Let your feeling sense guide you with boundaries. As you learn boundaries, you also learn to respect power. It all boils down to respect of those you interact with and for those who interact with you.

Today we would like to speak to you about trust. One of the biggest impediments that we have in coming through to you and your world is trust. People are fearful about who is working with them and what information will be shared so we have to work at coming through a thick energy. You are welcome to set parameters that shield you from lower vibrations but then you need to open yourself up for what comes through. You have already shielded out anything that you might fear. Denser energy is easier to receive so you may feel that you are only getting negative information. Keep raising your vibration. Keep opening to what is to be received. You will find that the calmer and more open you are, the clearer the information is and you will receive a larger spectrum of information.

Learn to release a need to judge what comes through. Just open up to the flow. Release the need to control outcomes or what is coming through. Allow the energies working with you to be the right ones for the moment and the situations. The stronger the flow is allowed to be, the clearer the information will be. If you create narrow parameters, that is all you will receive. Expand your openness and you shall receive from the vantage point.

If you are serious about receiving information, then you need to move through your fear of what could come through and you have to learn to be open and none judgmental. That is the key to unblocking your reception. You are entering into work and a realm that doesn t have fear. All that is just simply is. We know how to heal much and we also see things that you feel need to be fixed as whole and healthy so there is no need for fear, from our perspective.

Stillness and quiet! How do you feel in days when we ask you to have stillness and quiet? What happens with you in those times? Many of you look for things to do. Is this stillness and quiet for you? There are times when you are in need of periods to just be without any demands or agendas. Just spend time being and not doing. Be in the place of nothingness. Learn comfort in this place. Surrender to this place.

Watch nature! There are life forms around you that have everything programmed into them. They just are. You enjoy their beauty but they do nothing to create this beauty. Watch a plant go through its cycles. The cycles are created naturally. There is nothing forced or contrived with the life cycle you see.

Many animals go through their own cycles. They attend to what they need for survival but not much more. They play and work as need be but they have much time that is in just being in nature and one with nature.

Humans have been taught that they must be productive each moment. They create lives that are busy and structured. Humans have removed stillness and beingness from their lives. This creates stress. You even get stressed when there is nothing happening. It doesn t matter if there is too much or too little in your lives, humans interpret that as stressful.

Find some time, a day, a week, whatever time period you can and do nothing. Find comfort in just being. Surrender and just be. Pass no judgment on anything or anyone and see how this feels. Learn to find time in each day where you just are in love and appreciation for the moment of just being in the moment. That is a place of regeneration where much is done but you are not trying to control it.

We see that many of you are in pain. You feel that your lives are too much for you to handle and work with. You are feeling overwhelmed and feel stuck in what you have created. There are pieces we wish you to understand about your human existences.

Your lives in this plane are great gifts. The gifts have been given freely to you. So, once you are born into human form, you are the ones who get to create your lives. You have charted paths and milestones in your journey before you come into physical form but free will allows you to alter events and timings and some events. These are your choices. If you wish to create something else just remember you have cause and affect in your realm. When you keep that in mind, you are free to create and recreate. All you do may affect those around you as well. There is a web of connection you often create. You ultimately are responsible for your own creations.

When you feel that you are in total despair, know that you have help around you at all times. You may call out for help and know it will be with you. You may not see it or be aware of it, but it is there. To live or die is your choice. It is part of your gift. The Universe does not judge your decisions. That judgment comes from you and the souls around you. Because of cause and affect, your actions manifest consequences. You may learn from this or not. Your thoughts, actions and beliefs will affect your results. That is part of your own creation force.

What you create, you do have the skills to maneuver. All that may be required to adjust your consciousness is to look at what filters you are using to view your creations. If you ask to see through the eyes of truth, you will receive a clearer image of what is manifesting. Your conditioning will alter how you view things. Truth will let you see the reality. People come and go in your lives as is the natural order. It doesn t matter what your societies teach you about who needs to stay and go. This flow is related to your soul contracts with the different souls in your life. Remove your judgments of this process. There are times you need to be alone and times you need community. You will create whatever you truly need. The key to all creation is appreciation of what you have right now and in this very moment. Value life and value creation. Appreciate all of it for it is part of the gift you have been granted and called into your lives and spirits!

All of your life is a gift of love. All you have and are able to do comes from love. Start looking at your lives with that knowledge. Before you decide remove the veil of fear and see how your choices would change in that moment and from that reference point. When you look through love, you will see your creations differently.

From then on, the process involves us working on your energy and grid and the transformation occurs.

We know that there are times when you don t have time to take care of yourselves because of the energy required to care for those in your charge. When you are not able to get the rest you need or take care of yourself as you need for optimum health, ask for us to help you. Ask for us to heal you and rejuvenate you. We will come in and help you so you may carry forth on your work to help others. We also advise you to call in help on the physical level or you can ask us to bring the appropriate help on the physical level.

Many of you take on responsibilities that are not yours to take on and you are drained from the experiences. Ask for help. Also give space for the appropriate energies to come forth and do their work. We appreciate that you all want to help where it is called for and needed.

The caregivers must learn to care for themselves. You must find ways to nurture yourselves and rest as needed. The steps we offer are not to use for every day just when you are in situations where you can t find the time to rest or nourish yourselves. If this is an every day occurrence then you need to evaluate your lives and how you can adjust them to create a better balance and to add self care into the mix. There are times where you care for elderly, children or beings who are sick. Allow the elderly and children to do as much as they can to care for themselves. Enlist extra help when needed. With empowerment each must take care of their own creations. It is not for you to take over for them. You are only there to support the growth and experiences. The people you care for must learn or relearn to navigate their own creations. You may help point the way to the answers. It all works out in the end.

There are learning experiences in all ways. These lessons may vary.

Some of you are evolving into a way where you will be asked to follow a different path that has not really existed on your plane. It brings you into your light plane and allows you to cross the great divide of existence. You will merge the worlds with your light energy and introduce a higher vibration to help with the evolutionary path. This does not require that you force yourself on others. It is something that will radiates from you. It is not something that you do or need to do or concentrate on doing. This energy we speak of has nothing to do with religion. This is a pure light force energy that will build within you and radiate out of you much like the energy of a star.

For those willing to accept this energy, your lives will be changed forever in all incarnations. There is no fear from this energy. It is a source of love and healing. Others will notice the shift in you but not be aware of what that is. It will align your vibrations to the higher realms in new ways. We recognize that you often are stressed when dealing with situations but remember to ask for our assistance and the appropriate energies will come to your aid. This is different from assigning us work. This is about you calling in the help you need and allowing the appropriate energies to come through. Know we will come in a loving way and help you with what you need. The answers may not make sense to you at the time but will be what you need.

You can also call on us for non-stressful situations. Those who are assigned to you are there to work with you and help you see things from other vantage points.

When you find that different energies have stepped away from you, that is not a punishment. There may have been circumstances that have created this separation. Our motivation is love and respect. We gladly come and go as is appropriate. Again, there is no need to assign us tasks. It is much more honoring to let us step in as appropriate and in ways that are appropriate. Always state what you need help with or if it is an emergency just ask for help. Whoever is appropriate will come through to help you. You don t need to always know who is assigned to do what. Think not that I had things figured out in life. I was coming from religious doctrine of suffering and pain in this world to have a better life in the next. I now know that joy is the way to connect and serve humanity. Pain and suffering doesn t bring humans to God, it separates them. Their prayers are pleading for help to remove suffering that they are summoning to themselves.

Healing takes place by infusing love and hope in all that is. Remove your judgments of what you assume must take place. Open instead to what is the path for those around you. Teaching humans to access their power and light will open them up to light and healing. The models shift. My brother (Jesus) is known to create much from little to help. The key to this manifestation was and is love. You manifest much more from love and gratitude than you do from the standard model of greed and intense longing.

What are each of you willing to do to shift your foundation and create it from love and light? The clue you must remember is the change happens through joy and raising your vibration and not from lowering it. So, we don t ask for sacrifices that create pain. We ask for shifts in consciousness and changes in behaviors and thoughts. At first, this might take much focus but it should become easier as you feel the change in the energy. Also, realize that you are sending love and support for others to find their own way to their answers. Don t impose your answers on another.

Transformation is the focus of today. There is an alignment going on and as each of you invoke your transformations to the beautiful being within you, you help prepare yourselves for what is to be. Much on your plane is about to change. Don t feel that you need to change to fit those who try to make your conform. Allow your energy to transform to the light within you. Let your thoughts transform to true knowledge and no longer conform to the limiting beliefs around you. The transformation we speak of is related to your evolution.

The models that most utilize are about devolution. You have been instilled with fear to keep you small and to only see limitations. Now we ask you to transform to energies of love who transform to what the original design and plan was for you. Remember who and what you are. Awaken truth within and around you. You have no reason to take another along with you on this path. Each must awaken when it is right for them. After you have transformed, there will be others drawn to you. Give yourself space and time to adjust and others will awaken in due course. Free will must always be honored. This piece we speak of is only for those who are ready to align to this shift. Those who belong with you will show up at the appropriate moments and leave at the appropriate moments. You each have your own journeys and destinies. There is no need to hold onto any life form. We know many of you wish to share your answers with others but don t feel disappointed if your answers are not the answers of another.

The realm you exist in allows you to be individuals. We know many of you are working on the knowledge of all being part of the one. Your realm offers the gift of individualism. This allows you to experience separate gifts and power. There is a connection with the all that is but you do not need to focus on that at this juncture in your existences. This lifetime offers you the chance to find your own unique qualities and gifts and to bring those out into the world. Think of the earth as the collective. That represents the one. You are then part of that because you are living on the earth sphere but you bring your own joys and experiences to the table to then help the spirit collective. You are not in competition with others. You are your own unique soul. Enjoy this experience. This is one of the reasons this human plane is considered such a wonderful gift by many realms.

In the evolutionary path that you are each following, we see many seek out groups to feel like you are part of something but know there are times you must step away from the group and embrace your journey and destiny. Your groups and tribes will only be with you on the pieces that they can be with you. Worry not about the life cycles and events. If you watch most things in nature, they grow and blossom in their own time when all is aligned and the foundation is set. They have their own cycle of existence and they worry not about it. They don t know anything other than being. They also only have consciousness of the present moment. Humans have consciousness of past, present and future. This serves you in many instances but not in this particular instance. Allow each life form to have its own life cycle.

Sometimes, we just need you to be patient. If we manifest what you are asking for at your timing, you will not have the time to do it when the timing is not right. So, you will just get frustrated. Please try and trust that we have something in process for you and we are aligning the timing to be perfect.

Your work in these times of frustration or stillness is patience. Pay attention to what you are being asked to do. What is showing up? How does it feel to you? Are there other questions that might arise for you? That is where your time and energy is needed. Each piece helps you process and learn so you are better prepared for what your soul has contracted to do and be.

Know you are never alone and we are always there to support you in whatever shows up in your lives.

Ultimatums don t work. When you tell the Universe either do _______ or I won t do ____________. You are asking for us to do things in timing that isn t right for you. We understand that you get frustrated when you don t have an idea of what is in the plan for you. However, you must trust that we are aware of things that you are not aware of.

Don t be in a rush to push through your ego desires. Know there are other pieces in the works. You must first be in alignment and then know things work out as they need to and are supposed to work out. Anger and frustration do nothing to activate or move the pieces along. All they do is stifle the energy.

It is better to trust and have patience. You will be directed as you need direction. You also will have cognition of what needs to happen at the right time. We are looking at things differently than you do. So, trust all the pieces to fall into place.

Just so you understand, when you do the ultimatums, we will manifest an facsimile of what you are asking for but it is rarely the real deal. It is just something to placate you until the right energy is ready to form. Our best advice is to stop being in such a rush to create something that your ego says you want. We know what is in the journey for you. Let that manifest. The authentic journey will be much more powerful for each of you.

When man does something to harm the earth because of greed, much more radiates. We use the example of your gulf oil spill. Humans through greed have tapped into the earth and are now destroying a part of the earth. You have created an outcome that impacts generations with killing animals and destroying livelihoods of those in the region. Just because you have the technology to do something doesn t give you license to do it without at least owning the consequences of your behaviors. You have evolved enough to no longer need fossil fuels. The only thing keeping you dependant on them is greed.

All life holds a sacred place in the evolutionary chain. You must learn to work together to make it work. All was provided for you to thrive in the grand design. Finding ways to hurt and destroy life is a product of free will but it was never really looked at as a possibility. You have ventured from a world of love and light into a world of denseness. Anytime any life is harmed, you harm the collective. The illusion of separation is only an illusion. To harm another on any level, you will have great impact on yourselves and future generations. You are at a place to reverse the harm done but only if you work together to create solutions to the issues you face. The time of hatred is past. The new model of love and light is upon you.

This is your time to wake up and evolve. The paradigm shift is upon you all.

Find the balance in all things and stop trying to make things absolutes. There is very little in your world that is black and white. Most things you need only check with your inner knowing to have an idea of how to proceed. Absolutes don t work. The absolute way of thinking creates rigidity that prevents you from being able to flow in a way that allows what needs to happen to happen in the moment. We have no need to have you in a position where there is no sense of pliability and things break or fall apart in your lives. Learning flexibility helps you grow and helps you learn from a much more loving model. That is what we seek out for you.

It is also vital that you learn priorities. There are many things where you are taught something matters but in reality it is merely a perception. Your heart and soul will help guide you to what really is important and what needs to take place in the moment.

We know that sometimes your desires are not in your path to create in this lifetime but we still want to know what they are. Chances are, even if it is not part of this life s destiny, we will find a way to include your heartfelt desires in your current life. We are around you to help you each step of the way. Your feedback helps us. Just keep it simple and direct and be honest with us and yourselves. We can read your thoughts conscious and subconscious and we can tell when you are not ready for what you ask for. Just be honest with yourselves and us. Express what you wish to convey to us. When you desire to create anything, first step away from your fear of outcomes and limits. Attune to love and then see what comes through. If you feel fear of your creation, then step away from it. Instead wait until you can come from a place of love and appreciation. It is much easier to manifest something you will cherish when you truly love and appreciate the creation. If you are comforted by labeling us as angels, spirits, guardians, light beings, mentors, star beings, it means nothing to us. For that is only human labels. We come from many realms through time and space to be of service to humankind. We allow you to create the labels that give you comfort. We may give you messages or we may have some other purpose with and around you.

We are the ways of light and will gladly guide those who seek our assistance. All life has access to us. All life have beings who serve in ways of teachers, protectors, saviors and many other hosts of avenues. Our forms and visages vary. But rest assured, no one is alone and each of you have the perfect companion or companions for your journey. There is no need to envy another because it is assumed they have a better or more inspiring team of energies. Who and what is around you is perfect for you. You may call in the assistance of your own group to meet your needs and you do not need to summon the teams of another. Trust and appreciate what you have for it is perfect to you. We know that many of you are trying to form human equivalents to us and your Guides. So, you conjure up the need for names and knowing our forms. Before you ask to see your Guides or to know their names are you willing to get out of your boxes of how you think we should look, sound or be. There are many beings and forms of beings who are guides to your kind. Some have physical forms and some don t. Some have humanoid forms and some don t. Some take on forms that will please you and some will not show up until you are ready to connect with their energy as it is. Some have names and some have names that don t fit human equivalents or sounds. Some have no need for a label and are fine with what you choose to call them as long as there is love and respect in the name.

Your teams are and evolve to whatever you need for specific times in your life. The whole system is based on love. You must learn trust in the energies that work with you so that they don t have to work harder than necessary to come through to you. This applies to your Guides, Guards and whoever else is part of your team.

When you are ready to see your teams, you just need be open and accepting. Release your fear of what will come through and know it will be perfect for you. Also, don t beat yourselves up, if nothing comes through. Know you have guides and guards. What they look like and how they are called is not what is important in this union. Remember that not all guides are in the labels you have as Angels. Be open to who needs to work with you and know that they are there from love and respect. Also, realize that sometimes the energy can be utilized more effectively without the visage or label. All is how it need to be.

Know that the right timing is very important in anything you do. Many set agendas or come up with a linear timing of a project that doesn t work. People often see it not working but still persevere. It would be stronger to ask when is the best time to do a specific task or project. When you impose your time on the project, you may see that there are blocks that keep coming through. That denotes that you are not working with the energy or that the project may not be for you. Chances are it is just the timing of the project or event.

When blocks arise for any project, step back and ask, is this something that I should pursue? If you get a yes, then know it is something for you to have at some time but the timing is off. If you get a no, let it go. If you get a yes, ask when is the best time to follow through with this project or event? Another question that will give the answer is when should I do this project or event? It may be in the near future or it may be in the distant future. When you are in the perfect time for something it flows easily and you know just how to handle it. If you keep getting road blocks pay attention to the blocks showing up.

It all boils down to awareness and presence. As you learn to work with energy, you will be more and more conscious of the flow and timing. You will be able to feel when you in the flow and when you are out of it and it will become second nature. Recognize that your lives are a process of discovery and experiences.

You need to shift your focus to the positive and loving energy to help shift the energy of your world and to shift the foundation of your existence. Many think that love is boring and that things that only look at positive approaches and loving supportive methods are dull. That is far from truth. It is just a belief mankind perpetuates to keep things in the fear based reality. We know many of you are getting ready for a new way. It shifts the balance of power and it will ultimately help your world out. You will look for ways to create win/win situations and not look at saving money as the litmus test. Ultimately, you will save resources by working to protect nature and all life. You live in a symbiotic relationship with all things and respect of all things is vital to your survival and the survival of many worlds. There are times where you ask for answers and receive no guidance. The reason is sometimes the outcomes of your choices don t matter. You may choose either of your thoughts and the outcome will work out. There are other times where you choice may matter but there are other things that need to happen before the piece you are asking about. The answers may vary depending on timing and what is in the forefront of you path.

Know that we always hear your request or questions. Know that sometime you are not prepared for the answer. Start by only asking questions that you truly want to know the answers to. Release the limiting beliefs so the answer may come through. If nothing comes through ask if the choice matters. See if an answer comes through to that question. Then proceed accordingly.

Also, if you intend to do whatever you want to do no matter what information comes through, then refrain from asking for guidance in those situations. It allows all of us to conserve our energies. When you truly value our input, we are always happy to assist. When you dismiss your teams information, the exercise is futile. You have free will and may always exercise your right to free will. If you desire of service to humanity and the light, you may have to release free will at times so you can do what your guidance leads you to for the greater good of those you serve. In those cases, you will be guided for each step along the way.

Starting new phases can often be a challenge for most humans. You have a period of stillness and a time of release. Then, you embark on a new phase with new challenges and new discoveries. This shifting creates a place where the old no longer fits or feels right and you haven t yet discovered what is next. It is the place of a still point. The pieces are forming but you are not in a place to put the puzzle together. You may only have one or two pieces at your disposal.

At this place enjoy the silence and quiet. Create the space for what is about to take form. Right now, it is not your job or place to figure anything out. You are in a new formation. It is difficult to create the new when you know not how it will form. Instead, just enjoy the peace and quiet. Create the new formation by just being and staying open. Your soul and inner core will know just what to do at the right time. This is not a time to create fillers. Just enjoy where you are in the moment. You soon will recognize what is next.

Look to the moment. Realize this is a special time. Many rush from moment to moment and always look ahead or behind. Humans look at events in time and plan for other events. This moment is an event that you have planned for in either anticipation or because it is in your soul s journey. So, enjoy it. Relish it. Appreciate it. You have agreed to this moment or you would not be in it.

With the knowledge of your soul s agreement, you can shift your focus to the present moment and gleam the most out of it possible. Appreciate what you currently have. Even when it is stressful, there is a gift for you, even if you need to look around to see it. It may be as simple as finding a miracle or gift in nature or in the smile of another s face. It may be experiencing weather or sunshine. Each moment holds value and you have the charge of finding the value in it.

So, don t be in a rush to move on. Learn from what is right before you. Learn from others around you. Know that your journey is your own. Others are simply coming in and out as their journeys correspond to your own.

There is no need for complaints or worries. All things will work out just as they need to. Many will still feel compelled to complain and worry but it holds no real value. It is a waste of your energy and concerns.

Always go to the route of what you wish to see happen. Know you hold no control over another. Domination of another never works. Force never works. It may appear that domination and force work but in reality they don t. You each may only focus on what is right for you. You may assist others in their creations but you can t really alter their creations without causing other complications or issues.

Look instead on ways to be constructive and to help create what your true heart desires. There is no need to create for another. You have enough to work with on your own creations and helping those whom you assist with their creations.

Suffering is optional means that individuals look at their creations differently. They learn to perceive their soul s journey instead of what the creation looks like. So, they understand the choices in the experiences.

Often people have locked themselves into an experience but don t see choices. They feel helpless and choose from a place of disempowerment instead of empowerment. People also get caught up in what appears before them and around them.

Next time you find yourself in the perception of suffering, look at your options and choices. Ask to be shown the options and choices, if you can t find them. Then, see if the energy shifts from the new vantage point. If you can t see another vantage point, give yourself some space. Look for clues around you. Pay attention to senses and what shows up. There are always choices and options. You just need to find them and make the choices right for you and the situation.

We know that many of you feel frustrated when you don t see things materialize. You are fearful that you are doing something wrong and that you are being punished. Many of you feel that you are manifesting from a place of lack. Know us, we are love. We are light. We hold only love for you. What you see is often a sign of something you have placed in your life chart. You have been taught that the systems work through punishment and shame. We see no such existence. We only see mankind trying to create that existence. We can assist those who call on us. The assistance may seem different from what you envision.

Rework your foundations to foundations of love, support and compassion. Eliminate the foundation of suffering and punishment. Know you are judged in love and compassion. The trials you participate in are of your own creations or your willingness to participate in those trials with others.

Learn the ways of love and gentleness. Know you are not designed to be here to fight for everything and to learn through pain. That way of learning is totally optional. Instead, look at each event through the eyes of love and compassion. Step away from those who only wish to use and abuse you. Be loving with yourselves and others around you. When you are frustrated know that you are working through a place of fear. Then, shift back to love. Take a breath. Step back from the situation and regroup. See if things don t change in that process.

When people ask you to give yourself a break or to take time for yourself, what does that mean to you? Learning to define your own answers and realities helps you to figure out how to navigate possibilities and potentials. It also helps you figure out what you value and how you get recharged. You can t go by another person s definition of what that should mean for you. The answers will be different for each of you.

Taking time for yourself or creating a break for yourself may be different for each person. Time for yourself could be as little as a few minutes or it could be an hour. It may vary from day to day; moment to moment. The only constant is finding a way to do something meaningful to you. Only you know what that is.

Being able to flow with the moment is a vital skill. There are people who don t operate from an energy flow because they focus on trying to control outcomes. They are not tuned into timing or anything other than their will. When those who exist in the energy flow are forced to be with those who are constantly trying to control outcomes and only enforce their will, you will notice a lot of curve balls thrown your way.

For those in the energy flow this will feel very disruptive. It constantly keeps you in flux. Your job in those moments is to keep connecting to the energy flow and using that as your source for where you go from here. You will then have the energy support you need to function.

When the time comes to release the past and to create a new future, you will know. There are signs all around you. You will get louder signs until you awaken. Learning to let go can be easy. You may see some trying to hold onto something until their release becomes more cumbersome. The process is still the same. It is a process where space is made for the new.

We know many of you are used to releasing things now but some of you still feel compelled to hold onto things. Holding onto the past and outmoded ways does nothing for you. It only creates a weight that is not necessary. Once the release process is accomplished you should feel lighter and freer. It is liberating. After you release and move forward, you are ready to face the future and what is next. The new comes whether you are ready or not. So, open up and face what is to be in a welcoming way.

For those of you who are empathic, your challenge is to discern your feelings from those of others around you. You often get caught up in what is happening to others and then you don t filter out what is yours and what is theirs. This can often create a feeling that once you regain your sense of self, you feel violated or feel the energy that was off. We wish we had an easy solution for you but the best we have is to step back in situations and tune into your feelings. If someone tries to do something to prevent this, you know you are being violated. If you are given the space to step back, you know that it may be something that is taking place within or around you.

Different events show up in our lives that can feel like they throw us for a loop. If we learn to flow with the events and open to the experiences, they add to our skill sets. They give us abilities and talents that may come in useful at some future time, as well as helping us in the present moment. The events also teach us about resiliency and being in the moment. Some events create a pathway that is impossible to plan for or around. All you can do is take the moments as they come. The lessons then help us expand and grow. These events may seem trying in the moment but they teach us much about who we are and what we can do. The events also teach us about our support systems in place and what may need to shift and change and what is really reliable and perfect.

There are certain events in your life that teach you true surrender. You have no choice but to be present and in the moment. You also are forced to surrender any agendas that you might be considering. When this occurs you get a final lesson in letting go.

Imposing your will is futile because the situation is not about you. Your will only violates the plan of another and as a light being you are not there for your plan but to assist in their plan. Once you get this lesson, you are in the Divine plan. This lesson will reveal itself to you in many ways and in many modes.

When in this breathe. Release and be present. Ask for help in executing the plan for the situation instead of your own take on it.

The lesson of this week is that tests don t always reveal the problem and those we trust to know more than us don t always. Also, tests don t always show us what we know. All tests may reveal something but not always what is going on. People are more complex than that. There are times our intuitive selves can reveal things that others can t perceive. So, it is again vital that each of us pay attention to what our senses tell us, even when others try to discount us or dismiss us. The Universe is constantly giving us information to help us on the way. We just need to take time to pay attention. We also always have support in what needs to take place but again we need to pay attention and perceive it from where it is coming from.

The second lesson is that we need to learn to check our egos at the door. They can be useful at times but more often than not, they will keep us from seeing what is valuable and important. Egos also tend to just annoy others who are trying to communicate something important to us.

Moments are sweet. You can place your attention on them and create a wonderful memory. The situation matters not. Make the most of each moment and experience. There are treats in even the worst of experiences. It all depends on the focus of one. All experiences create pathways to learn and grow. The lesson is not always as it appears. Something that seems insignificant can be a valuable piece in the puzzle in years to come. Each piece is productive. Cherish them and whatever memories you take away.

The value in each moment and experience is up to each of you. Learn to look at things from different angles. Trust the process and release the need to control it or manipulate it. The ebb and flow is what you have to work with so try to navigate it as you would a river without domination. Learn when to row and when to float. Work with what you have. Trust the resources to become available as needed. More is in place than you realize at any and all levels.

Most importantly, trust your intuition, even when facts don t support what you pick up. You have your other senses for a valuable reason. Utilize them now and always.

This message is for those of you dealing with care giving of loved ones. Realize the process is their process and not yours. You are there to advocate and protect them as needed. You become an assistant for the journey of another who needs some assistance. Look to their needs and what is best for them. It is up to you to make decisions right for them. So, pay attention to the signs they are giving you to help you along the way.

The care giver needs to find ways to meet their own needs, while still attending to the person needing you. Find and set the parameters that work best for you, while being able to help the person you are assisting. Some self care time is vital to help recharge you. It may be just a few minutes a day but place it in the day and keep it as a sacred time. Give yourself some down time and do your best to find time to rest, when possible.

Place your energy where it needs to be and prioritize what is most important and eliminate what can be released. The people in your life should understand that you need to have some time to take care of yourself. If they don t, you need to take care of your needs and the one who you are caring for so the other person who persists can be put aside until you have energy to deal with them.

These are things that are coming up while caring for my Dad in Florida right now and it seemed it would be valuable to many, if not now at some time in the future.

Many see what is in the moment and think that is all there is. Yet, if you pay attention, you will see how it changes quickly and is fleeting.

Look to the moment for what you need to do and how you need to proceed. Take that moment and see where it leads you. Don t use the past as a reflector of what is happening right now. Just be where you are and attend to what needs to happen right now. Look at what is most important in this moment. Use that to help you decide what comes next.

You are still allowed goals and desires for the future but you can use the present moment as your focal point. Many of you have much to enjoy. The present moment is key to it all and where it leads you. Bring your focus to this present time. It is key to your evolutionary paths and future. It also helps you gage what is important to you.

The tapestry interweaves and there is still beauty in that.

When people hold agendas, they really don t care if they violate another person or group. They are only focused on getting what they want; how they want it. In this case we are looking at something that a person decides that they want or they decide how something is to happen. They use their ego to try and push it through at their timing and in their own way. When this happens, the individual is not looking at the needs or requirements of others

For those learning to release your agendas, it doesn t mean that you can t create or have a desire or focus of a desire. It means that you are working with your teams to create your desire and you trust that if your souls desire something, it will manifest perfectly, at the perfect timing. You aren t busy trying to get others to follow your dream. You know that the right people will show up at the perfect timing and in the ideal way. When you create this way, you are open and you become a co-creator. You are connected to the Divine plan instead of your ego plan. What you desire comes in the perfect way instead of your planned way.

We realize that many of you want what you want; how you want it but that isn t always what is best for you and the others concerned. Hold your dreams and be true to your own creative process but then let the master plan be invited in so that you will be part of the miracles around you and not miss a moment of what needs to show up in your life. Your true desires will show up in this process as well so you are not missing out on anything. We are not proposing an either or proposition. You then enter a path of faith and trust. From that place all works out perfectly.

There are many things that won t make sense to you right now but trust what you pick up. By opening to what is coming through you will be prepared for what needs to take place. If you feel that you are in a holding pattern trust that also. Each piece will come into play for each of you as it needs to.

Much of the energy is speeding up for each of you. Now is your time to take it all in stride. We emphasize that you follow your intuition as opposed to having someone talk you into doing something. If your intuition tells you one thing and the people around you are trying to get you to do something else, follow your intuition. That is the part that is removed from ego attachments.

If you feel pressured or stressed, step back, clear yourself of that energy and then open to what needs to take place. Pressure to do what another desires isn t a true energy to work with. Always follow what your inner voice or guidance gives you to do. This is vital to helping you through this transition.

Raise your vibration to create a stronger link with your team of guides and light beings. Feel your connection deepen and enjoy how you are able to work with those in your team. We know many of you don t realize how your teams connect with you but just keep opening to your guides. Know they are there for you at all times and open to how they may be of service to you. Your work will deepen as the link grows stronger on your part. Each of you is able to receive your guidance directly. This becomes more evident as time goes by. The only piece you need to remember is that you must first be open to it. You must invite the help in. You must be willing to receive and you must not be scared of your team. We know many of you are feeling unsettled right now and that you are aware of a quickening taking place. Your energy is being adjusted to the shifting taking place. You are also aware that something doesn t feel right to you. We apologize that this shift feels so uncomfortable to you but you must persevere with it. It is vital for the survival of many realms and the growth of many realms, spirits, energies.

There are dates you must block out so that you are available to do what is necessary. There are things that don t make sense to you right now but they will very shortly. Hold tight and be in the flow of what is asked of you. Some things will not be clear and others will soon be clear. You have tasks that you are allowed to do and the timing is important. Hold fast to what you are picking up. It makes the process easier for each of you. You will be taken away from things that feel comfortable to you to embark on this new shift. We will help those who call upon us through this changing time. Breath and ground yourself. Be gentle with yourselves now.

The massive shifting takes place now until July. Things will feel more settled in July 2010. The changes and readjustments will continue from now until then. We ask that you not make concrete plans during this time so that you are flexible to what is needed of you. There may be days and spans of time in this period where you are free to book activities and events. This is something that extends beyond the needs of humans. It expands on great levels and you will each be given tasks that are needed of you between now and then.

We know this may sound ominous to you. We ask that you continue to work on coming from love and light to help with this process. We need those who are willing to be available. This is important or we would not ask this of you. It is not anything to fear. It is just something that helps expand reality, knowledge, spiritual and intellectual development. There is much that you experience in your world. You see tsunamis, earthquakes, man s inhumanity to man. In all of these experiences it is vital that you keep a sense of humor and connect to loving energies. Experiences are just that experiences. Those who undertake them are agreeing to them in advance. Those who are conditioned are choosing to take on the conditioning. You may find your own way by sourcing what is true inside of you.

When you step away from violence and you put your energy in feeding love based ways, you will notice that much violence starts to fall away. When you give power to those who like to harm others instead of helping those who are feeling disempowered to regain their power, you are feeding the lower vibration. Start fueling those who wish to grow and expand. Place your energy in the light forces instead of those who only want to harm others. You have some systems in place to help contain the lower vibrational ways until you get the balance back in swing.

Look at what you are committed to creating and fueling and then start putting your energy in those areas. When you value something from a place of truth, you can help it expand. We hold love for all of you and you each have your own ways of reaching your destinations. So, there is no reason to try and make others conform to you or your ways. Each must source their own guidance and directional systems and navigate their lives accordingly. Not all of you belong closely together and not all of you have soul agreements with each other. Join with those you do have soul agreements with and you will notice that things fall in place.

How do you know you have a soul agreement with someone? Just ask and see what comes through.

No thing or direction is inherently good or bad. What you give power to will hold power. When using techniques like feng shui, you must look at what holds meaning and thus power for you. If you give something power because someone tells you to, then it will not be authentic to you.

Look at the different areas of your life, and see what you value. When you think about an area of your life, what represents that area or what you desire in that area of your life. For instance, what represents the type of wealth you desire or a relationship you desire. Release anything that doesn t hold meaning or value to you. Let it go to someone who will resonate with it. Symbols are just that symbols. They represent something to whoever created the symbol.

You each hold great power but you must find your own way to activate that power and to utilize it in honor and respect. When you bring consciousness to each decision you make and to all parts of your life, you will then see amazing things unfold. Look to your keys to unlocking the mysteries that are before you.

When human s create, they often create from what they think that they can t have. Notice there is a convolution there. The belief is one thing and the desire is another. The energy is not formulated to create. It is formulated to not create.

Instead try and shift the focus to believing that you can have what you desire. The timing of the creation is when the energy is aligned. So, don t worry about when it shows up. Be in the present moment and in the here and now.

The Native American Indians had a saying that today is a good day to die. They were a warrior energy. So, they would go into battle without anything to loose. Now turn that around and live as if this is the only moment that you have. Make the choices that are empowering. Focus on your true lives and passions. From this place you are ready to create beautifully. Focus on what you want to create and not what you don t want or what you want for another. Each gets the gift of creation and may create for themselves.

Attune to your desired energy or what you can sense of that energy and state: Today is a great day for _______________. Or you may change this statement to today is a great day to ________________. Examples of this are: Today is a great day to be hired. Today is a great day to meet my new spouse. Today is a great day to love. Today is a great day to make some wonderful new friends. Today is a great day to make the world a better place to live in. You may follow the statement with your true heart s desire. It must come from your heart and soul and you must be aligned with your creation.

The next piece is to create from a place of love and gratitude. If you are not coming from love and gratitude, then there is no appreciation for what you are creating. If you don t truly value the creation, you are wasting your time. Love and gratitude places a lot of energy in the creation process. Be true to the focus of your desire. After you invoke, you may receive steps to create the next piece or you may feel the need to let it go. Surrender is the place where all things can evolve and manifest. It is important to allow the energy room to breath and manifest. If you hold onto the energy too tightly, it cannot grow and blossom. So, learn to focus and when to let go. Enjoy the creation process. It is miraculous and wonderful.

What if you strip away your conditioning and all that you have been taught through scripture and indoctrination? What comes up for you? How does that feel? What information comes through?

Now try and open to the wisdom and knowledge that your guides have to share with you and the forces of light have to share with you. Ask your group about certain thoughts and beliefs that you have been taught. See what comes through. Make sure you are asking from an open place of learning and a desire to really see from the different realm perspectives. We think you will be surprised at what many humans assert as truth that isn t in alignment with higher realms. The answers will also vary based on the energies and the realms they are associated with.

It is time for you to all tune in and determine the answers that best fit your new phases and lives. Some of this shift will demand you to release the preconceived notions and what your scripture have taught you. Many believe truth as it comes from documents. Know that information comes through differently at different times for the needs of a certain people or a certain period of evolutionary history. We are not telling you to release what works for you. We are just asking you to be open to something new and different. Ultimately, you need to hang onto what works for you.

When you received a channeled message there is interpretation that is involved. Once you interpret, you alter the flow. The pure channeling allows a more direct flow and a more accurate teaching. Know that when you hear or receive the channeling of another, you alter the answers to fit your way of receiving. Being able to release your preconceived notions will allow you to receive more accurately.

We seek now to remove your foundations of fear and replace them with foundations of love. How does your society look from this place? There is no need to alter or shift another. Allow each to follow whatever path is their path. When you are coming from a place of love, you can easily allow others to be who and what they are. There is no fear. You are back in the flow. So, for this next phase, whoever is open and ready stop when you come from fear and replace the framing to a place of love. Tune into love and then decide how to proceed and what needs to be done or not done in that moment.
