Dear Ones,

We know that many of you feel the need to overwhelm your lives. Our purpose for these messages is to give you ways to navigate and to learn from different experiences. Always source your true purpose for being in this realm. Know that there is much for you to do.

We ask that you learn to not get overwhelmed with what is happening in your world. If you become part of the trauma, it blocks you from sourcing and helping. Be clear. When your team asks you to step away from a person or situation, trust that and do it. You are being guided to the energy that is right for you and your work and not getting sucked up into someoneâ s ego drama. The ego drama is only there to help you feel drained. When you are drained, you are not as affective. Use the experience to set better boundaries.

You know what works for you and what doesnâ t. Take the time to assess what is right for you to participate in. We remove the guilt and the belief that you are there to help everyone at all times. That is just not true. Each being has their own lessons to learn. You canâ t make them learn it. Each being must also learn in the way that is right for them. It is not for you to do their lessons for them.

We also ask that you learn to let things go that are traumatic. You donâ t need to carry it around. Let go of the story that feeds fear and pain. It will make your lives so much better once you learn to let it go.

Dear Ones,

You often develop plans and then get upset when things donâ t go according to your plan. Things shift and change at all times. All energy shifts and changes at all times. Donâ t worry about how things were. Be with what is. Work with the moment. Adjust to what is needed in the moment. This is much more gratifying.

When you get locked into place, you are not able to be present. You are focused on what you desire as an outcome instead of gleaming the most of the specific moment. It is much more powerful to be in the moment and focused on what is before you.

When you are conducting business and you see that there is something that needs to happen with a transaction but you are not getting what you think you should get, know that we can help you make up the difference in other ways. Source to make sure your group advises you to proceed first. Then, know all is taken care of. You shall always have what is needed for each moment and your future moments.

What is it that you are doing to be of service to others? Ask this question in each moment. Ask how may I be of service for the highest good? Ask if the particular moment in your lives you are acting for the highest good. Find variations of the question. This will bring you more into alignment with your power. It is worth doing.

Letâ s talk about expanse and growth. True power is expansive and moves beyond all bounds and limitations. The energy increases and goes into limitless permutations. The power becomes light. Think of a nova as it radiates from its core to touch vast space. This is what we strive for to reach and ripple the beauty into vast space.

Many take other energy and make that ripple but from another source. The feeling is different form the energy harnessed and may make others feel little or ill. Your thought forms hold power. How will you use them? When you spread venom, you create contraction. When you spread love, you create expansion.

The answers to the questions of healing and growth lie in expansion of love. Really pay attention to your thoughts and behaviors. That is where you are creating from.

Look at the energy of manipulation. Where are you manipulated and where are you manipulating. When you hear the phrase she or he talked them into something. That is manipulation. It is not a clean, free will decision. Last week, we spoke about a win/win situation. How can any agreement based on manipulation be a win/win situation?

You are at the point in your evolution that you must make decisions from a place of honor and from a place of win/win. It is okay to walk away from deals and agreements based on manipulation. Come from a place of honor. Come from a place where it is in alignment with your feelings and knowing senses. When you do this, your decisions will be more powerful and honoring and that is the goal.

When you are in a time of transition, you often feel desperate for an end result or a specific outcome. There is no need for this. Be comfortable with quiet. Be comfortable with unknowing. It is in those moments that you do most of your growing and you develop trust and faith. When the old goes away and the new is forming, you are in trust and faith. It is how it needs to be. This is when you develop your own sense of being so that you are ready for whomever is to join you on the next phase.

Many of you are concerned about opportunities or people going away. It is part of the natural evolution of your existence. It is also part of taking you to a new level or phase. There is no need for desperation or fear. This is a time to cultivate other parts of yourself. Be the energy you wish to attract.

I was working with someone who called and felt like an energy vacuum. Her desire was to get what she wanted, when she wanted, how she wanted it. The world was there to serve her. From her energy, my group went back into information about working with people who only want to take. I had a conversation with my team about the energy of the those who attach and use the energy of others to feel better. The core essence of this person is a light worker. She has just gotten into a tail spin of illness because she wants others to care for her and only on her own terms.

This is a huge problem for all light workers who think that they have served enough and now others must care for them. With good boundaries, each light worker has the ability to care for themselves. When you are not in a state to care for yourself, then someone will show up to help you. However, all light workers are here for a greater purpose than themselves and must live accordingly.

With everything that shows up, ask how you may serve the highest good with it or how it teaches you. When you feel drained, step back and take time to recharge. When you feel that you must carry on, ask your team to help you recharge while you are doing your work, so that you can help more.

It is important for all of us to learn to read the energy of what is around us and happening in our lives. That is part of our power and growth. Remove the victim story and the story of lack. Know you have everything you need and the skills to work with what is showing up in your lives. Step into your power and be that power. You will find your lives are much more satisfying.

All things are in place. Tune into how it feels. Tune into the energy. See where you are getting caught up in someone elseâ s journey and not your own.

Most people respond by putting even more energy into what annoys them and it soon expands. If you donâ t desire the annoyance to expand place only the energy you need to help process it. Try to not obsess over it.

Go into your feeling senses when you are approached about something or someone tells you how things are and what you need to settle for. When something resonates, it will feel okay. But, when it doesnâ t resonate, you will also know that.

Never short change yourselves in anything in life. When you do transactions, it should be win/win or of the highest good for all concerned. If one party feels put off by whatever is occurring, then there is a problem with it. Donâ t settle for relationships where you are left hanging just because you are scared to be alone. None of you is ever alone. All of you are loved. Those are two fears you can release right now.

When you are in periods of transition, donâ t worry about hurrying the process. Be in the process. Allow things to grow organically. You will be much happier in the long run. Learn to enjoy your own company. When you come from a place of power, you will again be in better shape. There are worst things than having down time. So, enjoy it when you have it.

In periods of transition, you often have down time. It is part of the process to help you get clear about the next phase or piece. When one thing is released from your life, another will open up. It is one of the laws of the Universe.

In times of transitions, we will often ask you to give yourself breathing room. When you are moving, you need to create some space to handle all that needs to be taken care of. There is no need to try and jam everything into your schedule. Many will try and vie for your time but we may instruct you to step back and say no. Trust us (your teams) because we are aware of things that are to take place that you may be unaware of.

Transitions tend to be stressful for humans. Your team will help instruct you on how to navigate what is to come but you must pay attention to what you are picking up and what you are direct to do. When you clearly receive your answer trust it. It may make sense later or it may not make sense. You donâ t always need to know the why of something. There are many things that go into play at each moment of each experience.

How does it feel to be in such a great time of transition? This is such a remarkable time that we see in your evolution. Just think, you agreed to be part of this. You are seeing those who made other agreements cross in great numbers now. Know that all of your loved ones who cross over at any age or in whatever circumstances are always surrounded by great love. They have just chosen a journey different from your own. When you loose your loved ones, take the time to feel what you need to feel. In the end, you will understand their agreements in relationship to you.

The theme we wish to express in this time is being gentle with yourselves and those around you. Each of you have your own processes at each moment and in each situation. All things work out in the end. Learn to open up to your communications with your teams and learn to follow the path that you are directed to follow. Each of you have a unique purpose. The whys and hows are not that important to the moment. Your gifts will be needed wherever you are in each moment.

If in doubt at any moment, ask how you may be of highest service. When you ask there will always be an answer, even if it doesnâ t make sense, at the time.

Know you are in a place of great change. It is time and it is before you now.

Dear Ones,

Those who are drawn to the metaphysical world and know they are here for a greater purpose than the mundane day to day work are here on a mission. You each have a life purpose designed beyond yourselves. Your purpose is connected to your group or groups you come from. Those who come from angels serve humanity and the world on a larger level. Those from the star beings serve the Universes to make sure your home worlds and solar systems are safe from what mankind is doing at this juncture. Those from elemental kingdoms take care of the food supplies and the elements. You elementals protect and guard plants, animals and nature. Some of you are crossovers from different groups. Those of the high light councils are here to crossover between the realms and to help where you are needed in the earth physical form.

The purpose for many realms incarnating in human forms is so you can no longer be pushed aside by humans who are disconnected from their teams. Even so, many humans still shut off their senses from receiving what is in front of them.

No light worker is on your plane for just themselves. They are granted wonderful experiences but are here for great service, even when it doesnâ t look like it. You may find that your form of service is very simple or is just part of your behaviors.

Worry not about the when, where and how for it all comes together. Show up and be open to highest service in each moment and always invoke the light of truth in each moment. All works out well.

What I have learned about manifestation is that when I create with my team and utilize their directions, then things manifest much more quickly. When I impose my ego and try to control the process, it stops the flow or slows it down a lot. It doesnâ t matter if others are coming from an ego place. It just seems to be my attachment from an ego place. When I pull my ego out, things work more beautifully.

Learning to pay attention to what you pick up and learning to not try and stop people from doing what they pick up helps speed the process in all the creation flow. So, if someone knows that they need to do something, we need to really allow them to follow their own process. This course of action is not a slight on us. It allows them to go on their journey and not the journey we choose for them.

In readings, I can share what comes through but the individual needs to make their own choices or listen to what seems to be right for them. So, in any reading all you can do is share what you pick up but the ultimate decision is up to each individual.

We wish to discuss trust this week. This is when you really donâ t see any evidence of what you desire coming together but you feel or receive information that a specific course is the course you need to follow. There may be ups and downs in this process but that is only your perspective. Learn to flow as you pick up information. Allow all the pieces to fall into the place that they need to fall into.

Trust is about following your gut, even when what you see doesnâ t match or make sense. It is learning to let go of your perception of what you are trying to make happen. It doesnâ t work to make something happen. It works to put all aspects into place and then allow whatever needs to occur to be part of the process. Trust what you pick up. Trust what seems to fall into place. Let go of your judgments for what you have planned.

Many of you are light workers and are taking steps to another path. That path is not for the faint of heart. You have chosen to be here during many shifts and changes and you are now part of the all that is. Trust that you are wonderful and you are ready. Trust that the world is changing and you will know how to navigate all the changes that occur and take place. Trust you will always have whatever you need in just the perfect ways.

Many work hard at making things appear but when you learn to trust and release, you no longer need to work hard at creating. Are you getting the hang of all the different energies at your disposal? There is a vast array and the perfect energies will manifest around you at the perfect times. There is no need to fear the energies you summon. If you come from a place of light, you will attract light. If you come from a place of fear, you will attract fear. It is up to you. In any case, there is nothing to fear. You are attracting energies who are in alignment with your energy. Frequencies attract harmonic frequencies. That is why we ask you to feel the resonance of what you are trying to attract into your life. If you are out of resonance with what you wish to attract, you canâ t really attract it. You are only attracting that which is in resonance with you.

Be clear and look at what is drawn to you. If you donâ t wish to partake in it, you must alter your frequency to something in alignment with what you are trying to create. You can also shift your energy to your authentic energy to attract that which is really in alignment with you and not just with the conditioned you.

We know you have heard this information before from us but it is the crux of creating. So, we are repeating this information because it is something each of you must get.

What is the energy you focus on consciously and unconsciously? That is what is going to expand. People need to remember this key point. Your thoughts, words, beliefs and deeds manifest all aspects of the lives you live. Retrain your thoughts to be in alignment with your true desires.

Health difficulties are emotions bottled up in different areas of your bodies. Depression is anger bottled up. Transform the energy by sending love to every aspect of your total beings. Send love to the area that is injured or feeling pain. Send love to the energy that is manifesting as illness. Love every part of you. Truly love yourself. Make choices related to your true desires. Shift your attitude. Notice how that shifts outcome.

let each being take responsibility for their choices and non-choices. Choices and non-choices all create in your realm. People are just as responsible for what they decide to be passive on.

Process this. This is key to all you do and create. It helps you understand what is showing up in your life and what is being pushed away.

I was watching Louise Hayâ s You Can Heal Your Life DVD and she made the point that people will say that they are doing affirmations for abundance and not getting results. She asked them how many affirmations they made for wealth and how many thoughts they proceeded to have of poverty consciousness. She found people were saying three affirmations of abundance to 300 affirmations of poverty. What do you think they were getting?

That is true for anything we are creating. People will often think that if they say a positive affirmation once but the rest of their day is filled with beliefs in poverty and lack that the one positive affirmation will win out. Pay attention to your thoughts and how you express them and think about them. Are you happy when people succeed? How do you feel when you see someone having what you desire. Try and send good, loving support when someone does well or has what you want. That will shift what you attract.

When you are aware, you can shift your thought to what you truly want. You can also say cancel to the negative thought and refocus on the positive true desire, each time you catch yourself in a negative spin. See how that shifts your results and your lives.

Last week, we spoke of ways to go through how experiences (healing) situations serves you. Today, we ask you to look at your adaptability. When situations arise how do you deal with them? Do you internalize them or do you open to them? Do you shut down? Do you project the energy onto another?

When you relive an experience like it is just happening, pay attention to how your body reacts. Which organs or areas of your body do you feel the reaction? That lets you know where you are storing that experience. When you work at ingraining the experience in another, you pass along the energy to them. That energy is now in a position to fester in another being or to become part of their energy. You now see how illness or energy propagates and continues.

When you learn to adapt and deal with what needs to happen in the moment without holding onto the energy and locking it in your body, you create potential for change. From that energy you open to learning from the experience without holding onto the toxins or negative energy.

Those who must spread their toxins are good to stay away from or contain. Shield from them, if you must be around them. The ones who are insidious can be tricky but pay attention to how you feel around them or after you leave them. If you feel drained, they are being toxic with you. Clear yourself of them and move on. Look for ways to transmute their energy you have taken in so it no longer needs to fester in you.

When you have experiences you label as bad, look for ways to create something healing from them. How can you take an experience and create something better for another being or your society?

There are those in your world who think power is control and manipulation. That is only a fear based way of thinking, which creates oppression. True power holds expanse and growth. From true power each being gets to be powerful and co-exist with others. There is no need to control or manipulate any situation. Proceed on a path of your journey and open to the miracles in each moment. This form of existence allows for adaptability with appreciation of all experiences. You may choose which experiences to focus on. Note that what you focus on expands. So, choose wisely.

Dear Ones,

Stop putting things off in your life because of what you think will come at some future date. It is important to be clear about what you want to create in and for your life. It is also important that you live in the moment and not put your life on hold for what may come or will come into your life. The timing of the creation will be perfect. Knowing that you still hold a desire for something helps your team create for and with you. There is a balance of your thoughts that needs to happen. You need to trust that your desire are in formation and will be yours at the perfect time. Fear and worry has no place in the creation process. It only hinders the creation and makes you feel more vulnerable. The fear can also convolute the creation.

Place your focus where it needs to be in the moment and show up fully in your lives. Always utilize the moment to create new friends. Just because you may be moving doesn t mean that you shut off from meeting others around you now.

Ask your teams how you can be of highest service. When you ask for things ask that it be good for all concerned. When you get that something is not of the highest good or in the best interest of those concerned, step back. Show up in each moment and you will be part of the miracles that are in all that is.

Many of you are always searching for proof of what you are trying to create or whatever else you imagine. Instead go to faith and trust. Know that your dreams are being created. Know that if you have a soul desire that it will manifest at the perfect time. Keep placing your energy in what you desire and look at what adds to your dreams and what detracts from them.

If you desire to add something into your life, what is taking up that space? Open the space so that you have room for the new creation and remove the energy that is depleting you. Many hold onto people or situations, knowing that they are not good for them and wonder why what they desire isn t showing up. Release the drain on your energy and you will manifest more easily. Know that your dreams and desires are in the creation process. Your job is to be clear and focused on your true soul desires. There is no need to prove your desires to anyone or to prove that your dreams are coming into reality. You dream the dreams that you wish as your reality. From there you proceed in the steps of creation. When you are just enjoying your existence, your dreams will show up.

Man has asked for much out of fear. Many hold value in control or to take attributes of others. Look at the attributes you contain within and around you. That is where your true power is.

The need to control or manipulate others is a fear based desire. There is no power in that action or cause. Hence, the creation will lack true power.

Learn to say no to anything coming from that fear creation.

Instead create from love and openness. Feel the expanse. Feel the creations through expanse. Notice the difference in the types of creation forces. Which creation force leads you forward and which creation force creates limitations? This is key in creating.

Know truth. Feel truth. You have experienced convolution for a long time. Be willing to let go.

Those who ask about healing often try to heal through veils of fear. All human conditions are just that. They may be annoyances but nothing more. You may feel pain or discomfort but this too passes at the right moment. Fear not your condition. Source its purpose. Feel its energy. Know it before you seek to change it. It is only a vibration created through your thoughts and desires. Mask not what you have yet to understand. The power of any experience lies first in understanding the experience.

If your bones are broken, have them set. If surgery is required have the surgery. All the while seek to understand the experience. Bones are your human structure or foundation. When they break, you are rebuilding your physical foundation and must learn a new way to navigate. When you have osteoporosis, your foundation is disintegrating so you may build a new one. Don t seek to create broken bones or osteoporosis. We only use these as examples. Your life provides you with what you need.

Lung ailments relate to how you are taking in energy (air). If you are congested, the life force has trouble getting in. Look at the life force you try to take in. It might be a clue of the block or why you need the block. Emphysema or lung cancer shows you that your lungs are restricted from expanding. Look at why you require this restriction. How does it keep you safe? What does it say about your choices?

All in your life shows you purpose. Look at that. When you understand it, the energy may shift and change!

(As a side, we recommend that in your current form, you explore the energy of whatever shows up while you also follow through with medical advise when you have medical conditions from doctors and medical treatments, when necessary. Use all that is at your disposal to help you with what shows up in your lives.)

We are teaching Ken about the way we work so that he can help you understand it. Since energy is constantly shifting and changing so can the specific timing. If you state that you are needing more time for something, we try to accommodate you, as long as it fits a certain parameter. We can also make it work quicker. Time is not a limit to us. You are the ones who hold time limitations. Also, there may be others in the mix who are fighting what they are picking up so we need to create energy in concert with all concerned. We may have specific time for something but others involved choose to do something else so they disrupt the time by not paying attention to their parts or actions.

There is much happening behind the scenes with all of you. Some of you who wish to see everything, consider yourselves lucky that you can t because it would overwhelm or scare many of you. Those who can see are ready to handle it. Those who can hear are ready to handle what they hear. You each receive perfectly as you are. Don t be in such a rush to be in a different place. Enjoy exactly where you are right now and in this moment.

You have wondered why some psychics pick up different information. That is because they are different frequencies. Also, they interpret information differently. It is possible for different psychics to pick up different guides, angels, star beings because of the frequencies that they resonate with and the energies they pick up are in resonance with that vibration. It doesn t mean that one is wrong and the other is right. Someone may be tuned into certain parts of the angelic realm or spirit realm so they will perceive information from that realm.

Another may be tuned into a different realm and they will perceive the energy from that realm. It is like the story about the people touching different parts of an elephant and describing and elephant with their eyes closed. The perceptions will vary. It is all good and appropriate for where you are in the moment.

You are each on different parts of your journey and so the information coming to you will arrive to assist you with this specific part. So, it is all good. Always source what is right for you. Don t feel you need to change something because another says so. See what is right for you. You have your own unique journey to proceed in. By this we mean, that when you receive information source how it works for you. Make the decision that is appropriate for you. By doing this, you will be able to tell when the information resonates and when someone is playing to your ego or theirs in giving you information.

Do you feel that you are still competing with others or need to prove yourself? It is not necessary. Learn the most you can from each moment. Learn appreciation in each moment. You are here to teach and learn but not always when you think you are teaching or learning. Show up and see what comes through. Experience and find what you need from each experience. Find the way that fits you the best.

Your human lives are a process and not the destination. Your human experiences are part of the process. So, try and enjoy it and be open and available to it. You will experience challenges along the way but you will always be connected to the guidance that you need to navigate. Your job is to ask for the guidance from the team member that you have who can best help you navigate the experience.

Each of you are realizing that things are not working as you expect them to. So, go to the unexpected. Open up your perceptions to something new.

Instead of trying to lead your team, involve them in your decisions. Ask their input and opinions about the best way to proceed. Use them as your council. You can ask them about anything. Ask them to help you receive the messages in the best way for each of you. At first, you might use tools to connect with them but as you build stronger and stronger links, you will no longer need those tools.

Hone your own insights and connections. When you get direction trust what you are picking up and proceed. Things don t always make sense in the moment but they will at some future point in time. You have strong support around you at all times. The team may change but it is appropriate for wherever you are and whatever your path is. Be courageous and enjoy the ride. This is why you are here on the planet at this time.

Dear Ones,

For those of you who don t understand how we work, this is for you. Many of you are on paths where you state what you want and your team helps you manifest it, when they are invited to. Some of you are on a path where you can state what you want but your team also tells you what needs to happen and how to make it happen. You are truly working as a team. Then as you advance in your light work, we help you know what needs to happen and we tell you the best way to make it happen. There is no ego involved in this decision. There is no judgment of one being better or lesser than another. We hook you up with the people and situations that need to occur.

Most beings have a sense of free will. Those connected to the higher councils are helping with some important work and we need those beings to attune to their teams and truly work with them. The timing does matter in some of the creations that are happening now.

You are reaching a time in your existence where you need to learn to work with your teams as teams. Stop telling them how to do their job. Stop assuming that you know what is best for everything. Allow each person or being to play their own role. Your paths and work are all unique to you and your teams.

We have our reasons for directing you in a certain way. So, try and learn to stop arguing or going into fear mode or working with those who are fear based. Instead, just ask for clarification and we will provide it when we can. It may come after an event but it will come.

Learn to be open. If you agree to work with specific energies or are calling in energy, then work with that energy in an honoring way. Your paths are not tied to doctrine in religion. They are your spirit contracts that you have agreed to. Know there is no need for fear on any level. We know that some of the requests feel challenging on the levels of what you see. Open beyond what you see.

The crux of all of this is learning to really work with your teams and those who come in for specific parts of your work and lives. They are there as your true teams. They love you and admire you and if you get out of the way, you will find some really lovely symbiotic energy between you.

Never try to control another or make them do something. It is up to them. You can share what you pick up but most beings have the free will to make their own choices. We prefer each being learn to work directly with their team members. There are those who are around to assist you until you are ready to receive directly. You will have a sense of the right fit for each of you. Trust that and know there is a lesson in each experience for you. When you learn to tune into where you need to be and the right timing, things will flow easier.

What is really important to you? We see you get attached to things but when they are away from you, you do just fine. You worry about things but when you are actually in the heat of the moment, you adapt. Sometimes we watch you and shake our heads in wonder.

We understand setting goals and intentions. The most important thing is that you show up for the present moment. Create constantly in each and every moment. Whatever you truly need is always around you. So, there is never a need to really stress and fret. Align your thoughts and beliefs and you will do just fine.

(Before I give you this message. I was asked to do a medical intuitive quick read on a client. What I told her is that there can be a problem that I am not shown because of how it is created by the individual and this is the response my group came in with.)

Dear Ones,

When you create what shows up as an illness, we don t view the problem of the creation. We see how the creation can serve you so it will only show up as a lesson for you. So, when we channel to Ken or another who is connected to our realm, we don t pass on information of medical concerns as a problem. We will give Ken the information on what you need to do in your lives to learn your lesson. We also don t view human experiences with judgment of good or bad. We realize that you do but that is not the advice we pass along.

You each have free will to create. We don t view cancer, organ failures, diabetes or any medical condition as good or bad. It just is. We only see the experience, the chance to learn and grow and why you created the experience. Your time on the earth is being used as you have designed it but you can make other choices.

You each focus your energy on your lives. That focus manifests your creations. As a result, you have experiences. Learn from the experiences. Utilize the resources at your disposal to help you create.

If you feel that there is a problem with your human system or any part of your life, go to the proper being to help you through the experience. Utilize modern medicine in conjunction with the old ways (alternative healing). Find the balance that works best for you. Take responsibility for your choices. For those who would discount Medical Doctors, you do yourselves great disservice. There are times where you need surgery first and then add other methods to your regime. Source what is your own best decision and pull your logical mind out of the equation. Do your research on what is right for you and then you will know how to proceed on your decision. All choices concerning your life is and always has been up to you.

Dear Ones,

Look to your behaviors. When you need help, who do you go to. Many people often solicit advice from the people they choose versus the best help direction. Some will say they need to work with someone but then need to dictate how the work progresses and what is done, thus tying the hands of the being they have chosen to work with them. You are limiting the being from doing what they do best by deciding what they should do and how and when they should do it.

In these above scenarios, the person seeking help knows something is off but doesn t really want to know the truth or change the situations but they create someone to blame for their situation.

It is a coping mechanism that doesn t serve them or anyone.

You each know how you perform best and it is up to each of you to assert the boundary in a way so you can do your best work. It is okay to turn a client away, if you feel you are not able to help them the best way you can.

Someone can make demands on you, however, you need to assert what allows you to work with them the best way you can.

It is time for each of you to stop living off the power of others. Cultivate your own gifts and power.

Release the need to assign to higher or lower realms who will do what you desire. You each have your own teams of energies designed to help, guide and protect you. Utilize them. Create intimacy with your own teams instead of assigning energies who might not be connected with you to perform certain tasks.

Your teams are best suited for you. Simply state what you need help with and ask for the best being on your team to help you with the concern or desire. Allow them to do what they do. You may ask for a sign that the request is handled and ask that you clearly know what you can do as your part in the creation process.

We give you labels of our groupings only because we know you have a need of labels. Know all categories of light beings hold great purpose. None is considered above or below another. That is the way humans assign status and not us. There are those we bow to but it is us acknowledging their light. We respect all who are existing to do service. Many times, we hold no value in names or labels. We just are. Your teams are around you with or without names. They feel your desires and needs. You must ask for the help so it may be granted to you.

Dear Ones,

Try new things. Open to looking at new perspectives. Often people assume something is a certain way but they have to flip their perception to find their answer. Try that the next time you feel stuck or don t know the answer to something. See what opens up.

Many times people decide on how something is going to work out but they don t really know. So, they don t see other options.

When you feel fear creeping into something, open to a new way of looking at it. See what comes through. It also helps to walk away from something and give yourself a break so that you can be in a clear point with it. Getting too intense blocks us from coming through with information or from you receiving what we are transmitting. As you develop stronger links with your teams, you will find this process easier and easier.

Dear Ones,

Focus on your true desires and allow your vision to become clearer and clearer. That is why imaging boards help you to create. When you see an image and open to having the desire, it shows up. You are programming yourself to the image. That is how people often perpetuate a life based on what they see and what they perceive as reality. Meaning this is why people think that what they have is all that they can have.

To create something else, you must ingrain the vision and perceptions of what you desire. You connect with the desired energy and visualize as much of it as you can. Attune to the energy of the desire. Connect with the desire with all of your senses. Feed your mind and body with the energy you desire.

If the desire is more money, envision the money coming to you. Enjoy the sensation. Create through fun and enjoyment. If you desire a partner, what do your senses enjoy about this partnership and this addition to your life? What does it feel like, look like? The process of creation can be fun and should be fun. Try and make is so. If it is a chore, you won t create lovingly or enjoy your creations. Envision wonderful outcomes.

Stop allowing others to frame your sense of reality.

That is why you must be aware of what you feed into your minds and bodies. The images stick and are very clear when you watch whatever you watch. Images of violence and fear expand in your life, if you constantly feed your mind with this energy. Images of love and compassion expand in your life, if you constantly feed your mind with this energy. Frame the experiences you desire and then expand that energy by surrounding yourself with it. The timing of the creation will manifest at the perfect time.

Mankind stresses over their existences. They worry about what they call reality. All of what you view as reality is a very real feeling illusion. You perceive the senses and take them as real. When you move beyond the illusion, you may create something different. This goes back to what you focus your minds on.

Many people claim to want a homeland. That isn t what they really want. They want to claim a specific land as theirs, which means harm to those currently living on the land. If they truly only desire a homeland, they would build their current homes as their homeland. They would cultivate the land and civilization where they are as what they desire to have. They would have gratitude of that land and what surrounds them.

All ground is sacred and holy. Your history is just that, history. The events of history or living in the past doesn t make something more sacred. The love of your current family and friends is what creates the sacred nature of an area. Your intension is powerful.

Fighting and violence lowers the vibration. Love, compassion and looking out for one another through love raises the vibration. To consecrate any area, bring a commitment to love. This is what creates a home and homeland. This is what makes something sacred.

You are beyond domination as a way of being. Anyone who lives through fear and domination, disconnects from the higher realms. ALL LIFE is precious and valuable. The lives of your enemies is no less precious than your friends. All of you have someone who loves you. There will be a time where all of you learn to allow for your differences and give space to create side by side. Your fear based ways of living only slow this process down.

When you choose to follow another, pay attention to their ideals and goals. Engage your senses. No true leader of light (what you call a holy person) would advocate harm to another. There are times you must stand up for yourselves but that happens far less than what mankind does. Standing up for yourself doesn t have to result in war. Those who advocate war must look at how the violence affects their people and the people they wage war against. You have the skills to move beyond war and brutality. It is time to use them for the sake of your planet and all existences.

Those among the masses must be clear about the existences they choose to exist in. If you relinquish your power, you allow those who are ego based to run your governments and societies and you thus help create what you see as your lives and realities. Each of you must be clear about what you desire as your lives. Commit to those creations. There is plenty of room for many ways. That is key to your growth and survival.

There will also be a time in your futures where there are no boarders. All will be welcome to move where they are drawn to be. You will utilize your freedoms with more respect, honor and compassion.

Dear Ones,

We have mentioned your teams for quite some time now and we thought we would explain the parts of your team. You all have certain parts that are similar in your teams and then you branch out from there.

All of you have at least one guide. For most of you, this guide is a being who has lived on the earth as a human. They have been trained in other realms to help them work with humans and bridge the dimensions. They will appear as male or female and they help direct you to your answers in your lives. They are ready to work with you at all times. You have made your connection with them before you were born. They sat with you to help you decide what you wanted to experience in this life. Your guide is in alignment with your life purpose. They remember things that you have forgotten. They are among your best friends. Your guides will have a personality but not an ego. They can experience emotions, however, they are always there for you, if you choose.

Many of you have more than one guide who serves for different purposes. Not all of your guides need to be human based. By this we mean that you might have guides who were humans but you might also have angels, star beings, elementals, wise ones, master teachers or other variations. This will depend on your life s work and purpose. Some people are only on a physical experience and their life purpose may only require a guide who was human based (meaning a spirit who trained as a guide). Others might have a life purpose that is expanding into many realms. Some of you may have originated from other realms and have guides who were connected to you from that existence. When you have guides from other realms, they are there to help you in relation to that realm. When we say realm, it could be related to angelic, elemental, star beings, other planets, other dimensions or other existences.

All of your guides have a purpose in your life and work. Your guides are rarely, if ever, deceased loved ones. Your ancestors often watch over you but they hold a different perspective in your lives and may hold other agendas. You may be aware of a different attachment to you doing something or not doing something than your guides would. They will have a personality too. Your guides are committed to helping you succeed in what you planned out in your life charts. You must ask for their input so that they are not interfering with your free will. They will rarely offer guidance without being asked.

Another part of your teams is some form of guardian. They are referred to by many as a guardian angels but they may come from another realm. Your guardian may be angelic, star being, elemental, from another civilization or dimension. Their purpose is to protect you. You will most likely not be aware of them unless you are in danger. When you are in danger, you may feel more guardians come in or just the one will handle things. They can physically protect you but they most likely will direct you on what to do to get out of danger or they will send a human to show up in the right moment. They will communicate through your senses or what you refer to as your intuition. If they observe something in you, they often share information with your guides. They aren t there to guide you. They protect you.

Aside from one main guide and a guardian, you might have many guides or more than one guide or guardian. You might have groups of energies working with you. One way is not better than the other. It will vary based on your work and purpose. It will also change as you develop or make different choices. Some of you will have the same team from the time you are born to the time you cross over. Others will have different beings come in and out of your lives. This is different for each of you. We know that you get attached to what you know but it is also important for you to be open to whatever variation is best for you and your journey. As you welcome input from your teams, you will get to know the individual and collective personalities. Guides and angels have no egos. Certain realms like the star beings or elementals will have personalities equated to people but they are still looking out for your best interests. Treat them with respect and be open to what they send you as answers. Good manners go a long way in working with your team. If you are rude to them, they may step back and let you learn in other ways but they are still around you. They can t help out, if they are not invited into the equation. They are also not whipping posts for you. They are around you to be of service. So, value them and appreciate them.

We realize that many of you need to label your individual team members. They don t always carry a name or label. As you connect with them, you may receive a name or something to help you name them. They will often provide a label that brings comfort to you or they may share a name, which they prefer to be known as. That is something you can work out with them.

After you invite your team members in and solicit their advise, pay attention to your senses. Open up to how they are communicating with you. Provide them with feedback and ask for clarity when you need it.

Ask the message to come in a way that you can clearly receive it and understand it.

When you sense a lot of ego energy in an answer or an energy, you know you are working with a spirit who has most likely not crossed over.

Your guides may be forceful or direct but that is different from ego based. They are looking out for your best interest and they are more concerned with you than others but they won t guide you to harm another or do anything that is perpetuating violence. They will tell you how to protect yourself if being attacked or how to get into a safe place. The more open you are to forging a connecting with them, the more they will communicate with you. It takes practice. Allow for the process to work for you as you need it.

Some of you are noticing changes in who your guides are. If that happens, it is something you agreed on for your evolutionary process. There is no need for concern. There are many beings and councils connected with your process. We have checks and balances for each life form. So, there is no need to fear.

What do you do to connect with your teams and to open up to their input? We must be invited in to give you guidance. You are each individuals and will need to develop a process that works for you.

You may set parameters that help you feel comfortable. This will shift as you learn to trust your team. You may ask for protection so that you know only your team of guides will come through. Align your frequency and vibrations so that you help open the door for your group to step through. pay attention to all of your senses to help you get a feel for how the communications come through. From that point, you each have a life purpose and lessons to learn or experiences, which you have chosen. Your teams will always be the most appropriate for your lives and work.

Your teams are with you out of love. So, please treat them with respect. Your team has your best interest at heart.

If you receive information that is ego based, you know you are dealing with spirits who have not crossed over. Our energy may be straight forward or direct but you will know there is no ego involve. We don t have need of egos in our realms. We are just here to be of service.

Dear Ones,

Open more and more. The more open you are able to become the faster we can align you to the true energy that you are. Ask us to protect you so that you don t have to fear any harm in opening up. During this process, you may need to isolate yourselves from any beings who are insidious. Connecting with your teams is key to you reawakening your guidance systems. This is very much needed for things to come.

You always have a choice to do it or not. If you decide to do it, we can work more closely with you. If you don t invite us in, you choose a different path. There is no punishment involved. You will just operate from a different place in your worlds. We are just sharing this to give you a different option. We aren t judging your decisions.

What you put into your bodies does affect how well we can get through to you. Smoking and drinking alcohol, lowers your vibrations in a way that often blocks your abilities to receive. As does most caffeine and sugar. This will usually just limit the information that can come through. It doesn t mean that you won t be powerful, it means that you would be more powerful with a clear system.

Consume more natural products and you will notice that we all don t have to work as hard to communicate with each other. It clears your channels and also makes you more healthy. By more natural products, we mean anything that is closer to the state it was designed in nature.

Your challenge in the times ahead is to be in your life without adopting the fear that surrounds you. There are many events about to take place, which cause fear among humans. When you go into the fear resonance of the event, you increase the fear and become part of the problem. When you learn to hold the resonance of love, you help those in fear navigate whatever situation they need to learn from. You also send support to them in finding their own solutions, without you needing to fix their lives. Fear blocks manifestation and core answers.

When you create walls and boxes, you block fresh answers from coming in or out. You limit the points of view you are able to receive. Your answers lie in other areas. Look outside of what you think you know and you shall be surprised at what comes through.

Set the shield or boundary through your intention to communicate with beings of light and love or whomever you are trying to work with and that energy will come through. Dear Ones,

The energy is shifting in your world and in all realms. You may find that you are not able to settle down or that you are needing more sleep. As your energies change and shift, you will notice many changes in what you are used to. Some of you might notice that your diets have changed particularly over the past few weeks. This is partially because of the food you are consuming not having nutrients you need and partly because you no longer need certain foods. Learn to eat as your bodies need specific types of foods. Many will need higher proteins as your bodies shift. Some will need more vegetarian diets. Some of you will feel mixed up because you are being taken into other realms to assist you with your shifts and no food seems to work for you. You might need to remind yourselves to eat. You might also need to remind yourselves to breath because our realms have no need of food or air.

This is a case by case type of thing for each of you. There is no need for concern. We are just helping you each become more conscious in all parts of your diets and worlds. As you become more conscious, you will know what is needed at each stage. The visits to our realms are to help you accelerate your abilities in human form. It helps you bring your divine energies into the mix more.

Dear Ones,

What is your value system? What is it you believe in? This is not about what you have been taught to believe. This is about what you in your soul believe is true and right.

Spend some time this week thinking about this. This will help you get to your authentic self. Once you realize what you truly believe and value, you are able to then see where you are off in your lives. Start stripping away that which is not authentic for something you truly value. See how that feels.

When you align yourself to authentic value systems, you will attract those who hold similar values and you then have a new base to work from. There is something out there for everyone.

As you grow and change, the energy not in alignment with you goes away. Those who are vested in keeping you in a certain place or at a certain level, will try and draw you back. However, you need to stay true to your core beliefs so that those who belong around you will come into your lives and those who don t will leave.

There are places some of you will go that are not perceived as healthy but they will hold your lessons. Many need to learn things the most difficult way. There is a cause and affect. So, as you do certain behaviors or experiences, you will face consequences of those behaviors. If you are following your authentic values, try and stick with this so that you can learn the lessons that will act as your foundation to the work you are on the earth to do. There is nothing to fear with any of this.

All energies are unique and communicate in their own ways. If you notice among people of the same cultures, they still have different ways of communicating. This is also true among us. We are answering your questions in various ways but not always in ways where you understand us. We all need to learn to connect better with each other so that communications improve. To do this, we need to work with each other to learn the styles you communicate in and the styles those working with you communicate in. This will create better connections between you and your groups.

Give us feedback on what you understand and what you don t. Let us know what you are receiving and what is missing. Share with your groups how you are affected by their communications. This all goes into the mix and helps us find ways to get messages across to you.

Open your pathways and senses. Expand your ways of receiving. This will help us help you better. Many of you limit or try to control all that comes to you. This only blocks the flow. You are assuming you know better. In truth, you may know what feels right to you, but you don t always know the best way. You only know what you have been taught to believe. Learn to listen with all that you are. Learn to see with all that you are. Learn to feel with all that you are. That will help in all ways of communication. You will receive more than what one sense gives you. You will learn on multiple levels.

It is time again to look at what and who you surround yourselves with. How is it working or not working for you? How do you feel around the objects or people? When you close down or feel sick, you know to step away from the object or person. If you agree to something and you feel yourself shutdown, you know to say no to what you said yes to. It is okay to change your mind. If you are worried about going back on your word, check in before you say yes or no.

Energy shifts all the time so something that felt right when you said yes, may change so that it is no longer right for you. Someone might be coming that is best for you to stay away or you might have said no to something that someone you need to meet will come to. We have a way of always making things work out. If you say no to something and we had a planned meeting set up for you, we will still arrange the meeting so there is no need for concern. As you learn to listen better you will just do things the way you are direct and it makes it easier for all concerned. This is all a relearning for each of you.

Dear Ones,

What does it take for you to each move into lives of your courage? How would you and what would you do, if you weren t lead by your fears?

Many of you have created your lives based on the fears of the past or not living up to the expectations you have for yourselves or what you assume others have for you. You feel it is your job to do things you have been taught to do and that you are expected to behave a certain way. Many of you assume it is more spiritual to be poor or to reject money. You feel you are more spiritual if you believe in a certain religion or way of being. You have also expressed that by being isolated and in a meditative state, you are on a higher plane.

We would like to help you move through a lot of that. You are in a physical experience where you live in societies that money is one way of manifesting your physical needs. There are many ways to help your money grow and you don t have to suffer or do anything that is against your morals or consciences to do well. In fact, you attract money and your alignment by being in truth of things you value and are your core beliefs. Your creations are limited on some level by you and your beliefs.

You are not placed in the physical so that you are isolated and feel there is no place for you. When you are drawn to be around people, find the group that is most resonant with you so that you can do whatever you are here to learn and experience. You know you are on track when you feel your energy expand and it feels good and right to be where you are. None of this life will involve you trying to convert anyone to your beliefs or ways. You will organically connect with those who are looking to learn from whatever you have to offer.

When you meditate, it is about helping you to connect with your guidance systems and to help you return to a more basic way of connecting. The meditation process is designed to help you strip away patterns that don t serve you and to help you connect to the patterns that are most in alignment with your goals and true selves.

The key to all of this is to source what is within you. Be in alignment with the authentic self. Open your channels to your higher self s wisdom and it all falls into place. This is much more simple than you imagine. It also allows you to live lives that are true to your own journeys. Know that as others wake up or don t, they will create whatever journey is right for them.

This week, we have messages from: Ken, the God Head, the Council of Nine and the God Force.

Hi Everyone,

I have been doing a lot of work on the shifts that are coming into being. So, there have been a lot of messages that involve trust and testing me on what I am willing to do as my own part. When we enter into the world of opening to the messages, our groups tend to test us on how we are receiving messages and are we paying attention. They also are testing us on our willingness to listen and participate in how we can be of highest service. I think part of this is to see if we are being truthful about what we are asking for and are we in alignment with what we say we want versus what we really want. Also, it is a way of testing how they are communicating with us.

One message I have been receiving is that I am supposed to move to Colorado as soon as I can arrange it. I am being given some flexibility to help me do it on an earth schedule because I will be traveling the end of May and part of June.

Many are getting ready to be given their assignments and the areas that they need to make home base for their light work assignments. Some of us will be asked to move to different areas of the country or world. Some will stay where they are. By being in those spaces, we are helping the world out. Those places become our home bases. Some of the moves are a way of protecting us from the changes in the weather patterns and the physical earth shifting. These moves may also be in response to requested that you have asked of your groups and the moves are to places which will bring you into alignment with your requests. It is generally better to move when you are called to, even if you don t understand why at the time. The timing usually does matter with this energy.

Notice any resistance that you are feeling. It helps you understand if you are ready to create what you ask. I have had many people tell me that they want to see their guides or hear them but then they say they are scared. If you are really ready to receive information on your psychic levels, you must be open to what comes through. Know it is of light and the highest energy that is appropriate for you and that is all that will be able to come through to you. You set the intension. There are many shifts coming very soon and we need to trust our groups so that we are receiving our own direct guidance. This is not about following a human who tells you what to do. This is about sourcing your own source energies and listening to where your life is about to take you.

When the moves come in, you must move to where you are sent to follow your direction and not because another person you wish to be with is going there and you desire to follow them. Step into your own power and go to where that life leads you. You will have an internal knowing of what is right for you. It might be where you desire or to be near someone you wish to be with or it might not. Only you know what is coming through for you.

You are ready! We know you have fear. Humans often believe what others say and the ways others frame your world as being the way things are. We do not go by such rules and laws. We see many events much more open than your framing. When you are receiving directions, learn to follow them and see where they lead you. As you do this you will develop trust in your own groups. You will relearn trust in yourselves.

Do not get stuck in how things appear to be. That is not always what is happening. You may have to go through some process in what you are dealing with. That is the shifting and the chaos in the change. Go to your inner guidance to know if that is the right thing for you. Sometimes you close down just because something is new. You will learn to discern what is the best course for you and the difference in your warning system versus your own fear of doing something new.

You are each brave, powerful and wonderful and we know you are each up to your tasks. You would not be receiving these tasks if you did not have the ability to succeed in them. Breath and trust. Take one step at a time and know you shall have all that you need at each moment and in each step that you proceed on.

Dear Ones,

Hold integrity in all that you are and all that you do. Learn to travel light. Know you are stepping into the veil and opening up the connections between yourselves and all the shifts about to be. There is nothing to fear. It is just new. You are ahead of the curve of many. So, you will be faced with many who don t understand what you are doing or why. You are not here to follow their paths or their fears. You are here to know what you need to do. You are here to be courageous and trust what your inner knowing tells you.

You must also source what you know is truth. It doesn t need to make sense to others. Many of the great prophets and leaders of your world knew how to trust and follow what was being given to them despite what others said or believed. In time, the others caught up to them and what they knew and saw. That is part of trust and what we ask of you is dependent on that trust. That is why it is important for you to awaken your inner guidance so that you might follow your guiding stars. The signs are around you and we surround you with great love and admiration.

Where do you think the belief that you must have a life of suffering to bring you closer to God or heaven came from? It never came from any higher realm. It came from beings who wanted to cause suffering to groups of people or a gender. There is nothing spiritual about suffering or living a life of pain and cruelty.

To connect yourselves to your spiritual self, you are connecting to a part of pure love, respect and honor. If you want to alleviate suffering and pain, make choices of love and respect. Stop living lives that are based on the need to suffer in any form. Some events may feel painful or challenging but they ultimately feel right to experience. You are lead to the experience. They teach you a great lesson. That is different from living lives in unhappy marriages or relationships. You each deserve better. We who support you want you to have lives that help you soar and not the lives that hold you down. No life deserves that kind of existence and you may now all make choices to help you be your most powerful selves. In that life, you may notice the differences and know that there is a place for everything. You may also choose what helps you soar to the heavens in light and love. Notice how your earth experiences change when you are happy and content. That is the goal. Make choices that are right for you and allow others to do the same. No life form shall be forced into servitude or pain, unless they choose to be in that life. If you want another life, make choices towards that life.

Dear Ones,

In the years to come, the banking/commerce system shall change. The stock market becomes a thing of the past, in the about four years (earth time). You still have banks with a change in your U.S. currency. Actually, many of the currencies around the world change.

You shall see changes in land configurations and continents. Your focus on what you value shifts. Commercialism becomes a thing of the past as humans focus on more community gatherings and work. You learn to work together.

This is a time where you each discover your unique strengths and weaknesses so you can connect with those where together you grow stronger. You find those who are strong where you are weak and weak where you are strong and unite. Your time together is valuable. Learn to find ways to do what you value. Learn to be present and in the moment so you can gleam the most from each moment and each situation. Your words and deeds do matter in the grand scheme, so choose them wisely. Become who you truly want to be.

We venture forth into new terrain. You are each travelers in a world that is evolving. Your planet is evolving as are the inhabitants. This is an exciting time for each of you. You all have your roles to play and experiences to undertake. You have agreed to these experiences. When you are not ready you may step back but there are some shifts that you must do as they present themselves to you. When you step back you delay some of your growth.

When you are in doubt, step back and ask what to do. We will come through and help you. Learn to ask different questions of us and you will be able to navigate what comes through. Ask us the best questions to ask. We will share that with you.

Step away from draining and vexing people and situations, when possible. There are times you will need to proceed through them, when this occurs, ask for help. Remember to ask your teams for help. Try to not assign who is supposed to do what because then the best energy may come through to assist you in the moment.

Practice your skills and those things you really love doing. Learn when to just relax. It is good to give yourselves breaks. Enjoy each moment and each experience. Your intentions hold great power.

Dear Ones,

Your world is not really about you being in oneness. You are about working together and finding ways to allow each other to glory in your own unique gifts. The physical realm doesn t need you to all be as one. It is about you each collecting data on what it is like to feel through different experiences. You each hold slightly different perspectives and those perspectives are invaluable to those beings who are in the all and collectively as one voice.

Those who choose peace and love, shall have lives of peace and love. Those who choose anger and fear, shall have lives of anger and fear. Those who try to mix the two will have much frustration but they are having the lives that they desire to engage in. Your world allows for all permutations. One is not better than the other. It is how you choose to participate in the physical realm.

When you ascribe to the old ways or new ways you are assuming that there is a difference in those existences. In truth, you are choosing to play by a set of rules that you say you don t like and that don t work for you so that you can fit in. When you decide that there are better ways, you can shift what shows up by your thoughts and actions. The trick is to have your thoughts and actions match. When you make those changes, you will notice that some people don t fit into your world any more. You are forced to go in other directions. The people who belong aligned with your new or current thoughts will show up. You can t hold onto both worlds and see it work. You must learn to let go of that which you claim isn t right for you so that you can grab the next rung on the ladder. Learning to let go of past beliefs allow you to focus on new beliefs. That is what brings you into a paradigm shift. You then align with those who hold your beliefs.

Each of you must decide on the path that is right and honoring for each of you. Trust and you will have what you need in each instance. Envision what you truly desire and go towards that. Remember that you are each powerful. When you go into fear and doubt, you limit what you can and can t do and/or accomplish. You hold many keys to much power.

Dear Ones,

How often do you look at doing things the right way or the perfect way? Does this work for you? Is there really a right or perfect way to do anything? Obviously, we would like you to drive in a conscious way so that you are aware of other drivers and pedestrians but if you notice you each drive differently. We also wish you to be present in your lives but you also do that differently.

There are many rules you have been taught but these rules do not work for all of you, in all instances. Once you learn to source your inner guidance and those around you source their own inner guidance, you will find your own techniques for each action you need to take. You will find what works best for you and find the way to execute any process in a sourced way.

You may try a recipe but you must ultimately find a way to execute it in a process that is your own. Anything you learn is just a guideline. The specifics must be up to you. Learn to step out of the box and find your way of doing whatever you do. Start by learning to source your own group and guidance.

Learn to be present in any process or experience that you create. We see you summoning experiences and then wishing them away or trying to rush through them. When you relax and are present in the moment, you will get the most out of each experience. There is no finish line or race in anything. That is manmade. There are some things that need to be done based on an earth timeline, but when you rush through it, you will have to go back and fix or change things. When you are present, you will have much less changes to make.

All experiences are learning experiences so try to enjoy them.

You have a quest for perfection and ascension. You already are perfect and you have already ascended. Your physical world is about experiences and learning. You have come to complete a unique purpose all of your own. Your lives provide you with the experiences to help you obtain your goals and aspirations. Your lives place you in the path of those you come to assist. You are provided with gifts and skills at every part of your day to help you accomplish what you need to accomplish in that day.

Open up your awareness and you will see the techniques, skills or whatever you need. In a frustrated moment, ask what am I supposed to be learning or teaching now? This is in the breath part of your frustration. See what comes through and how the experience changes or shifts.

When you try to cover up your appearances, blemishes, wrinkles, or whatever else you try to hide about yourselves, you are trying to hide what makes you unique. Learn to be authentic and send love to all parts of yourselves.

When you hide your personality traits so that others will like you or accept you, you are not allowing them to see who you are so that they can determine if they wish to be with your or work with you. By being who you truly are, you attract those who belong in your lives and those who will value you the real you. Isn t that how most people want to be accepted as who they really are.

One of the worst dating advices you will receive is to act a different way for the date. Your partners need to know the real you so that they will love the real you. Any illusion prevents you from attracting the being you desire to spend your life or time with. There is someone out there for each of you. You must be authentic to attract. There is no manipulation or illusion involved.

I was working with a friend who is trying to manifest a new job. I had her create the list of what she wanted in her new job. We also did a list on the attributes of the city that she wanted to live in. Later, while I was doing something else, my group came through and was speaking of how we often focus on the end result of something and not the process of getting to where we need to be. So, we get attached to the end result and go into fear when we don t see the steps to get to the end. It isn t about the end but the present steps that get you into your future.

One aspect that we need to focus on is: Who do we want to be in our lives? Take steps to being that person. What do you want to create and leave as a legacy to the world? All of us have something to leave behind, when we cross over. The focus is on how do we want to do something that helps make something better on some level. Not everything is about being famous or grand. It can be the little things. The only qualification is that it come from you and feel right. There is no need to create a pretense of what you think you should do or want to do. This will be unique to you, without any sense of needing to prove or show someone what you can do. Whatever you create needs to hold a passion for you. Something that you really enjoy and feel called to do. It is an extension of and from you. Try that on and see what shifts and expands in your lives.

Many of you need to look at what you truly value. Strip away the values instilled in you by others. Now look at what you truly value. Remove fear from the equation and look at yourself.

We also hear many of you say that you would do something differently if it wasn t for (again, fill in the blank). There are things in your lives that are based on the timing. However, you must each be what you truly value. Shift that perception and your world will change and shift. Find what is authentic to you and your world will change.

It is not about fixing others or changing outside in. Growth and changes start from shifting on the inside out. When you do this, you are no longer powerless but powerful beyond all measure and means. The excuses for much of your lives are now removed and you hold the key. It starts from being authentic and true to your core energy.

Some of you might be noticing that the energies around you are shifting. You might notice new guardians or guides coming in or your group is working with you differently. You might also notice that the energy of your world is shifting and changing in ways that you have never imagined. New experiences are presenting themselves and the old no longer fits.

You are in a period of change and these are just some of the clues at the level of the changes coming through. The old ways will no longer do. You must learn to release the sense of security you have been thinking you are experiencing and learn to go with the flow and your true intuitive natures. When is the last time that you took a day off? When we say off, we mean that there is nothing on your agenda. You don t answer the phone, turn on any electrical appliances, do chores or make any plans. You just stay in your home or some other place in a state of peace. You are not required to do or perform anything. You sleep when you are tired and can just be in contemplation for the whole day.

What would that feel like to you to do? Are you willing to try this out. It is a way of bringing you back to source. No guilt is allowed. You are doing serious work in this process, just not in the way you are taught to be in your world.

You actually take a whole day or more to just be with yourself and reconnect to who that really is. No distractions. Try this and see what you learn and discover.

Dear Ones,

Pay attention to your bodies, as the medium to process the messages that we send to you. Trust what you feel and experience. Learn to interpret what you feel and how things affect you. There is no reason to override your feelings and what your body experiences. When you feel ill or well around someone, that is a way of your body receiving information. You also may have songs in your head. Pay attention to the messages in the songs.

Your bodies act as antennas for the messages that come through to you. Not all messages are clear. Look to the subtle energy for answers. We will get louder, if we need to.

When you are feeling an obsession on an energy that you feel is off, then look to see if the energy you are obsessing over is focused on you. That will help you understand if you are obsessing because of someone else s focus.

The way to turn this energy around is to focus on what you truly wish to create. Keep shifting your focus and the other energy will be released and no longer hold power over you. This may take work at first but later it becomes easier.

What are your links with others? How do you focus on them? When you are sending out energy of anger or manipulation, you are acting as a draining force for others and you will also feel drained. Those who are empathic can tell when others are thinking of them or trying to manipulate them. Your thoughts can be very abusive, if not in check.

In the same way loving thoughts are ways to boost other people s energy. Learn to focus your thoughts and actions into beneficial ways. When we say loving thoughts, you are just sending love and support to those you are sending energy to, without any attachments to outcomes, responses or your desires.

The anger and fear emotions only act as anchors to all of you. It is time to refocus your energy to move beyond this. You see in your world that violence (fear) only increases violence (fear). For those fighting holy wars, you are desecrating the land that you fight on. You are also desecrating the people, as well. There is nothing holy about any war. Any intent to harm another or a group of people is all ego based and not of any higher realm. Each life has a true purpose. Some of the purposes are for larger events and others are very simple reasons. Each is an amazing gift. None of your purposes is perceived as small.

We are past the place of you all holding yourselves and others back. It is time to nourish each other and grow. Stop violence in your hearts and minds. Stop the need to have vengeance. Learn to release those who mean you harm. You may seal them off and their impact will get less and less. Remember you are to focus your energy on what you desire to create. Anger has an intention of harm and destruction. You will feel the destruction you put out in the world. There is nothing creative about it. Learn to move beyond this and you will notice that your gifts grow and expand.

If you weren t afraid, what is the life you would create for yourselves? What actions would you take in the world and how would you voice who you really are? If you weren t afraid who would you be? What interests would you have?

When a society creates based on fear, the way things look and how you move through life are based on the opinions of others. Your potential is then limited. When people choose to live based on what has always been done so that they don t make waves, they are denying their true paths.

The core of all things is the need to tune in and really source your answers and abilities. Source your inner wisdom and come from a place where you are tuned in. Actions based off of anger will never give you a truly desired result. There are times you need to do what is right even when you have no support from the physical world. Even when you are facing stupendous odds, you must still do what is right. You don t do things because of rewards or because of what others will say or think but because it is the right thing to do. Always choose compassion.

We recognize that you are in forms that often react and then process. When you are in anger or fear, that is the time to step back. You are only responsible for your behaviors and actions. Let others take responsibility for their own actions.

Each of you needs to learn responsibility for your own behaviors and actions. That is how you become extraordinary beings. Stand up for what you believe is right. Learn to step back when you need to and when to step into the fore front when you need to. There are plenty of opportunities for you to learn when to do what action. There are times you must stand up and be counted but learn when it is the time to do so. You are responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take. Not because we are looking at you and keeping score but because you are aware of when you do well and when you could have done better. Now is the time to do better.

Release the internal needs for violence. When you are faced with such energy, you can choose to stop fueling it and when you do so, you open up to new options. You can t stay in a loop and expect change. You have to break the cycles and then you can look at new options. You need to be conscious in your decisions and then you can know which decisions are best for each of you to make. Find the roads that make you feel powerful and optimistic. There is reason for great hope because each moment enables you to create anew. Potential is in each moment, each word, each option. Go after what you truly desire and then see where the next moment leads you.

It is time to reach for the heavens and see where you move to. Attune to the true self and you are realigned. That is where you grow and thrive. Look at the beauty in each moment, each lesson and each opportunity. How will you make your choices now?

It is up to the strong to protect the weak. By this we mean that adults are charged with protecting the young who are still learning the ways of your physical world, as they come into their power. They need help in cultivating their gifts and a safe place to do this. Adults are also charged with protecting the old who age in your world and who are slipping between worlds, as they make their way back to other realms.

Many get caught up in appearances and don t understand what they are doing, when they are dishonoring or violating the wishes of those who cross over or enter the world. Protecting someone doesn t mean that you take charge of them and control them, it means that you guide them and give them a safe place to be.

The Guardians of Light

Dear Ones,

When you place your energy trying to get back at those who have harmed you, you end up in a destructive loop. Your life and the lives of others stay in this loop until you or the individuals in the loop with you break the pattern. The choice is up to you.

However, you can t move into a more positive form of creation while you are seeking revenge or ways to harm others. What happens is you end up taking on the pain you are inflicting. Have you ever really seen anyone who goes out of their way to harm another really happy. The energy exerted is lower vibrational and can not help you move into the flow of happiness. It is better to walk away than to attack. There are times you must stand up for yourselves but picking at others or passive aggressive energy only festers. If you are honest, you will know when to stand up for your rights and when to step away.

Those who promote lies and negative energy, are transparent. They hold no real power over you.

Dear Ones,

We have spoken of transitions and new phases in the past. Many of you go into fear at the prospect of change. Some of you go into excitement at the prospect of change. Whatever the point of view, know that change is on the way. There is no way for you to plan for what is to come. It is part of the way things are. We envision such changes that you have never experienced as earth beings.

Your ways of existing will change. You are seeing what happens when you only take oil reserves from the earth without finding a way to replenish the earth. You are held hostage by those you do not trust because you are dependent on commodities that you are not regenerating. You have many answers at your disposal, if you only open to them and release the need to operate from fear or the need to allow others to control you. When you disengage from struggles and the need to control or be controlled, you open new doors. Answers have always been in front of you but you have not chosen to look at them.

You each hold great power. With great power, you have responsibilities to be honoring and respectful of all. You have responsibilities to look out for the parts of you not ready to expand. It is not for you to take the beings not ready for the journey along with you, but you can insure their protection and safety. They will find their way, at the timing that is right for them.

You must each go on your own journeys and as you do so, you help all those connected to your energy grids. You all weave in and out of the energy grids around you. It is just the way of your energies. Flow in the light and allow it to flow in and around you. Dance with the light and it dances with you. Focus on the light and you draw the focus of light.

Release the need to force or control things beyond your control and you open up the energy around you. As you expand, so do your gifts and the opportunities to be the light that you truly are!

You wish to learn to work with the creative force. You must first learn to stop controlling others or being so attached to what you think you know and experience. You must be the resonance of what you desire. You must value, respect and resonate with that energy. There is no fear in this process only love.

There is abundance in all things so there is no need for one to prosper and another to fail. You must all support each other in prosperity and success. This will look differently for each of you. As you learn to do this, you help expand the creative flow and forces. Simply create your desires and be clear that they are true desires. Then use true intensions of success. When you learn to be the flow and energy and really admire and revere the energy, you will manifest it. It can only be created when you are clear and come from honor. Release the need for attachments to a specific look or design. Your answers come in many forms and when you learn to truly enjoy all that you have and experience, then you are ready to just enjoy each moment. Hold gratitude for the abundance that is around you.

I have been dealing with some relatives who have been out of integrity. I was asking my group about the reactions and what happens with those behaviors. I watched the ancestors become quite angry about something that was done but they said that they would still greet the relatives when it came their time to cross over. That the relatives out of integrity would need to review all the choices that they made and there was a cause and affect but it was more created by the individual. I had a collective response of the following.

Dear Ones,

You each have many choices in your lives and existences. The choice of integrity needs to be made by each of you. There is much in your world where you see others make choices that are not in alignment. You always have the choice of how you will behave and respond in all situations.

You have no or little control over the way others behave and act. You have total control of your own choices and the way you choose to behave and act. It is up to each of you to decide.

Light workers must choose the high road. That is what will help give you credibility. You must make your own choices. Know that your choices show us what you are made of. The best choices are not always the easiest but in the long run they work out. Look at many of the earth s prophets and their lives to illustrate what we speak of.

The world you live in is about to change really fast. Anything not of the light is being revealed for what it truly is. The dark or denser energy is formed of ego. It will balk at not being paid attention to but it is up to you to decide what you value. As you place your energy more and more into the light energy, then you shall find that you are able to do more to benefit the world at large. Tune into who to spend your time with.

We don t condone any relationships that are abusive in any form. Each of you is meant to soar and you can only soar when you are around others on a path of your gifts. You each have gifts. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. It is up to you to discover what they are and utilize them. That is your life purpose. Utilize your gifts to help make some part of your world or other worlds a better place to dwell. You can t do that while being abused by others. It is time for you to step into the light and find ways of being your best selves. That is how you will grow and flourish. Dear Ones,

We also take away the excuse from you that I am this way because of the problems of another. Even when you deal with adversity, you have the ability to rise above it and shine. We take away your victim stories. You have chosen to play victim in whatever situation arises, no matter how horrendous it looks to you.

You may face difficult experiences but the being you become through the experience is what we are looking at. There are many experiences where you will need to seek ways to heal and learn to cope. The help exists and we ask that you find it when you are ready. We are not passing judgment because the timing of growth has always been up to each of you. Each experience provides an opportunity for growth. You may need to grieve or mourn an experience or loss but you have the means to shine through all that you undertake. We are always around you to be of service if you only open up to the help.

Know you make conscious and unconscious decisions with each experience that you undertake. So, you are powerful in each moment, even when you don t feel that power. There are many things that you have control over and many that you don t. Learn to let go of the need to control what you have no control over and make the decisions that are best for you in each moment. Make decisions best for your loved ones and give them the choice of how they react. Teach them to make decisions that are best for them and help them tune into what would be best for them. In that, your loved ones are also empowered.

Dear Ones,

What is the life you are committed to creating? What stands in your way to the life that you are choosing? If you place the blame on another person, look at how you are giving the other person power over you. Look at how that is working or not working for you. Others only have power over you, when you allow them to hold power over you. It is your job to check into what feels right to you and what isn t working for you.

The first step in change is that you have to commit to the life you truly desire. Be very clear. Forget about what happens tomorrow or in the future. This is your time to shift and change your lives. When you say you want something and then put off the desire until some future date, you are not moving the energy towards your desire. When you commit to something, you commit to it. The timing may show up at some future date but you are committed to your dream right now.

From the commitment comes the steps to achieving the goal and desire. Be clear and make sure the desire is true to you and what you are creating. When you create something that feels off, you will know it and then you need to stop that part. Back off and take a clear look. There are many steps along the way where you will need to step back and be clear. Breath and open your focus to see what you are missing.

Never follow another blindly. Always check into what is right for you. We have told you that there is no one size fits all in any of the creation process. You are each unique and your way of manifesting and creating is unique.

You also can t create from someone else s desires and dreams. All of your creations must be from you and feel authentic to you. The right people and situations always show up. There is never a need for fear. When things are blocked from getting to you, learn to let go and step back. There is some other piece in the works. You shall know what you need to know at the perfect time.

Your work is to be clear and open. You will know what to do at the perfect time.

Dear Ones,

We recognize that many of you are becoming impatient for the changes that you feel and perceive. However, all things must come in their own timing. It is not for you to control the timing. Breath and trust. We have to create the foundation before the rest may evolve and without the foundation, you are not building on sturdy ground or energy.

You must all learn to stop trying to manipulate based on your perceptions of your desires. There is much more going on than you realize and we are working diligently to create. We place all things into the mix and that is how the creation flow works. When you manipulate to create a desired result, you are really getting in the way. Place your desires out in the world and then see how your life goes into its twists and turns. It all works out well in the end. Try to learn to enjoy the process. Work on being the best you that you can possibly be and stop worrying about what others are doing and not doing. Follow what is inside of you. That is the more important journey to face.

Many of you want to create but you don t know all of the many ways of creation. There are multiple ways for outcomes to occur and when you learn trust, it will be far better than you can imagine.

Dear Ones,

It was never intended for you to worship angels or people who connect with angels. Humans tend to look for ways to worship those they feel are superior in some way. It is not part of the plan for your growth. You each have divine sparks within you and whether or not you align with it is up to you. You have teams of beings around you who help you and work with you. Solicit your own groups of beings for guidance. They will find a way to communicate with you. Source your own purposes and you will know the path to follow. Live your own purpose and not that of another. You will find your journey more fulfilling.

Dear Ones,

Agendas don t work. People need to check in and assure the timing is right for whatever you are doing. Check to see if it is alignment with your paths. Your individual plans are not necessarily the way your lives work. We stress that you place the desires of your wishes into the equation. Let the specifics form in the best way. Put the qualities into the equation. That is so you recognize your answers when they show up.

Pair down to that which feeds your soul and release the rest. You have no need to control outcomes. That is the job of ego.

Learn to report for duty and allow the day to evolve. You will always know when you are on track.

Dear Ones,

When we say release agendas, we are expanding potential. When we ask you to release the need to control specifics or outcomes, we are also expanding energy. From expanse you open the door to miracles.

Simplicity and focus are key. Focus on the energy you desire such as qualities. Let go of all manipulation. Trust that all is on track and perfect. When you rush or are stressed notice you manifest more blocks and inconsistencies. When you focus on love and are present, outcomes are usually more fun and expansive. The choice is up to you how you wish to create your time on the earth. You can create without manipulation. It just takes some relearning and attunement with your true energies.

Do you wish to collect stuff, people, experiences? Do you wish to be clear about what really matters to you and create accordingly? The choice is up to each one of you.

Now is the time to decide. By now, we mean each moment. Each moment is a new creation possibility. Learn to be gentle and kind with yourselves and then you may expand to others. If you can t treat yourself well, then you can t treat others well. (This in no way gives you permission to dishonor another.) Each being is a form of extension of you. The goal is to be kind and respectful to all energy. This can mean knowing when to step away and when to step in. If in doubt, check in with your group. The ans
